My name is Simone and in this meditation today I will be offering you a calming safe space to honor yourself and build a protective shield around you so that you can tackle anything that may come your way.
Whether it's a person's energy,
An environment that may be surrounding you that doesn't feel quite right or maybe you're about to walk into a situation that is confronting.
Together we'll be creating space of protection around Albi.
So I ask you now to find a comfortable seat or a space to lie down in.
Moving your body in any way that needs adjustment,
Wriggle and find your ultimate comfortable space.
Once you have done so take a deep breath in with me here and let it go.
Let's do that two more times in through the nose,
Breathe in and Office breath,
Open your window,
Then all of a kind of relaxation.
Hope that beginning by following your breath a gentle rhythmic breath that allows you to be noticing how your breath moves in and out that gentle movement of the belly as it rises and it falls the coolness of the air as it enters the nostrils and the warps as it exits with each breath allow yourself to melt into your space as we begin to honor connect and let go from the very base of our being through our feet each toe and fall the arch is of our feet and the heel we work this connected softening energy through the ankle the calves and the shins will almost ripple open with softness and relief continuing this connection through the knees and the kneecaps back and front of our thighs up our hamstrings as we wrap this energy around our hips and our sitting bones our pelvis deep within our core our breath rippling through our bellies and lower back and spine lumber as we make our way to our solar plexus up through our rib cage wrapping around the back and front of body as it holds and encases our lungs as we build this energy up through our breasts and pecs through our shoulders and dropping all the way down our upper arms our elbows our forearms our wrists our palms each finger and thumb as we let go of the shoulder blades through the back of the body and up through the back of the neck as the spine slowly holds onto the back of the skull our neck is open and loose our jaw is soft as our teeth parted and our tongue slowly nurtures the tip of the roof of the mouth this connected softness now gravitates through the cheeks to the temples in the back of the eyes the eyeballs and the eyelids reaching for our forehead and centering in our third eye between our brows just above we allow our gaze to slowly work its way there so now we gaze our attention through to the crown of the head so holding here we build some energy and attention around this space so you allow your mind's eye to now see a white light beginning to flicker and the crown light this beautiful white light begins to glow and expand so begins to drip from this space slowly reaching around the skull ear face back of head jaw neck shoulder continue now to see this white light slowly start to envelop the whole outer layer of the body like a external skin so this protective barrier dripping around us like a white shield of clarity and as it finds its place at the base of your feet see yourself surrounded protected and endow this this shield with an intention of safety of security and softness so so so so as you start to see this white light slowly dissipate knowing it's there for you to protect your energy whenever you may need so it lightly starts to wash into an invisible cloth of protection send to your way back to your breath so notice of the in and the out so as we slowly breathe together breathe deep long loving breath in through the nose now through the mouth now Placing your heart and your hands in one space together.
Your less dominant hand on top of your more dominant hand.
Knowing that all you need is yourself to block any unwantedness into your realm and into your space.
