I'm going to be guiding you into almost like an alternate state where we're going to use exploration and visualization to find our inner most potent truth.
And the more we come back to this the more we resurface,
Re-ignite this place within us.
The more we change those neurological pathways which may have gone to a negative thought,
Which may have gone to some other version of us that has been created to help us survive.
We acknowledge those different forms of us that have been put in place by us to be able to feel protected on this earth.
There is nothing wrong with those versions of us but what we want to do is find this version,
This truest version,
Our most authentic self and allow that to be our most loud guide.
The one that we always come to,
The one that we always receive our deepest advice from,
Our within.
So I invite you once again to find a comfortable place to sit.
You are welcome to lie down for this portion of the lesson.
Please feel free to adjust your body in any way that you need.
Have something cozy to lay upon or sit upon,
Pillows,
Blankets.
If you can depending where you are I would invite you to create a haven for yourself.
Maybe by dimming your lights or lighting a candle in reverence.
Maybe you like to put on some incense or just simply take a moment to cleanse the space.
I invite you to begin by closing down your eyes once you've found that comfortability.
Let's focus on our breath.
Let's invite our consciousness to land upon us and us alone.
Let's acknowledge that our mind is there and it may come and go with certain thoughts and feelings and sensations.
But then let's honor coming back to us.
Let's acknowledge this prana,
This life force energy that ripples in and out of us through our breath.
Let's honor ourselves in this moment.
Let's be here.
I want you to repeat these words back to yourself just internally as you feel called to do so.
I release myself from pressure.
I acknowledge my right to be free within me.
I allow my true and fullest form to be the expression I wish to let into the world.
I invite love in.
I honor all the parts of me.
I trust in the inner knowledge that I have cultivated many times over in this life.
I release any versions of myself that I may have created to keep me safe.
I am now ready to step into my authentic self.
I am now ready to witness my within.
Gaze to lightly flicker up towards that third eye space within.
Visiting throughout this course.
I want you to feel the energy that is within you and that surrounds you.
Let this transition embed into yourselves.
Let this feeling you feel of being in this moment of complete authenticity be remembered.
I want you to imagine that there's a color surrounding you.
Any color that comes to mind.
It's about a meter above you and around you and it surrounds all the way to your feet.
This is your authentic color.
This is your truth.
Use it like a shield.
Use it like a warm blanket.
Allow it to be there for you.
I want you to remember a moment in your life that you may have shielded yourself from being really.
Maybe a time when you sat down to meditate that you haven't been able to find this place within.
I just want you to see yourself and I want you to imagine that you're able to create this light that surrounds you in the color that you choose.
I want you to see this moment transform as you hold yourself as you release the shackles of fear,
Anxiety,
Unknown,
And trust.
I want you to step in to this truth,
This within,
How free you feel.
Now embrace that version of yourself.
Allow that alternate version of yourself and the truest version of yourself intertwine and be one.
When you're ready,
Release that image.
Come back to your breath and come back to you.
