Segment breath for mental clarity.

Come to a comfortable seated position.

Guide your hands to your knees,

Thumb and index finger touch.

Gyan Mudra.

Close your eyes and concentrate between your eyebrows,

The third eye.

This breath is broken into segments.

Sounds like a short inhale through your nose.

You inhale for four.

Pause briefly.

Exhale through your nose in one long segment.

Again,

Inhale for four.

Pause briefly.

Exhale completely.

Continue like this.

Inhale.

Pause.

Exhale.

Again,

Inhale for three,

Two,

One.

Again,

Pause.

Exhale for three,

Two,

One.
