A simple breathing exercise to energize and activate through the use of your right nostril. Approximately two minutes, you can use this guided meditation throughout the day to connect with your untapped resources and vital energy reserves and boost your stamina easily and effectively.

Make your way to a comfortable seated position.

Lengthen up through your spine,

Reach up to the crown of your head.

Guide your right hand to your right knee,

Gyan Mudra,

Thumb and index finger touch,

Extend your other fingers long.

Guide your left thumb up to your left nostril.

Close the left nostril,

Reach your fingertips up towards the sky,

Up towards the ceiling.

Simply begin to inhale through your right nostril for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale through your right nostril,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Continue like this,

Inhale four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Again,

Inhale four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale,

My daughter Jessie had her first child through natural birth . She just did breathing.. and went through many hours of labor. At the end she screamed I’ll take the epidural!
