We'll go ahead and get comfortable.

Start the process of settling in and settling down.

Go ahead and close your eyes if you haven't already.

And really give yourself permission to settle in to this moment.

Focus your attention on your breath.

Breathe in and out with intention and meaning.

Give yourself permission to fully and completely connect with your body.

And as you connect with your body,

Ground your awareness into the present moment.

Fully and completely.

Inviting yourself to be here.

Fully present.

Fully present and aware.

Go ahead and bring your awareness or your attention into the eyes.

And notice what your eyes are telling you in this moment.

And no matter what the eyes have told you,

Tell the eyes that you're grateful.

Simply for their presence.

Sending deep gratitude into the eyes.

Focus in on the hollow space of the mouth.

The area above the tongue,

Behind the tongue.

And notice the warmth.

Once again notice what the mouth is telling you.

Listening to the body.

And expressing gratitude to the mouth.

Your mouth has been doing such a good job.

So you can pause and express gratitude for everything that the mouth brings.

Taking a moment of kindness for the mouth.

Follow the flow of air down into the lungs.

As you draw all of your attention to the lungs.

Notice the sensation of the breath flowing in and out of the lungs.

And listen.

What are the lungs telling you?

And hear the message your lungs are speaking.

Carefully listening to the body.

Letting the body tell you its story.

And then expressing gratitude.

After all,

Since you were born,

Your lungs have continued to breathe for you.

Gently nourishing your body,

Your brain.

Your being with oxygen.

Just as your lungs have been nourishing you.

Nourish your lungs with thoughts of gratitude and kindness for all the work they've been doing.

Deep within the chest,

The heart.

Heart continues to beat.

Internally,

Your faithful heart continues to nourish and strengthen and preserve life within you.

Listen carefully to the heart.

What is your heart saying?

We talk about the heart as the center of love.

And yet,

When was the last time?

When was the last time that you expressed love for the heart?

A quiet moment of gratitude.

And hear the gentle beating of the heart as a kind reply of thank you.

As the heart responds to your quiet moment of gratitude.

Breathe kindness into the heart.

Kind of healing energy.

This kindness that heals the heart.

As the gentle love distills on the heart like dew on the morning grass.

Bring your attention down to the belly.

Deep within your being.

This inner space of vitality and health where your internal organs lie.

Carefully express your kindness.

Speaking to your internal organs and your intestines.

A silent thank you.

Deep kind of stillness and rest filling the intestines.

And the entire body.

Gently resting your awareness wherever it's most needed.

Gently expressing gratitude.

Inviting healing.

Deep within.

As you turn your attention,

Your awareness within.

How deep within you.

There is an intelligence,

A wisdom.

Bring your awareness to this deep wisdom within.

And notice where in or around the body this deep wisdom finds its home.

As your awareness gently rests upon the deep intelligence within.

Notice if you perceive a size,

A shape,

Color or a symbol that represents this deep wisdom.

Like a flower blossoms and blooms in response to the gentle morning sun.

As you shine your awareness upon this deep intelligence.

Allow it to begin to blossom and bloom.

Inviting from deep inside a healing that you need today.

Allowing the deep intelligence within.

To give you the gift of healing now.

Allowing this gift to be what you most need.

Whether it's a word.

A feeling.

An image.

A knowing.

An energy.

Or a presence.

You can open up to receive this gift.

Let it begin to grow within you.

Bringing exactly the healing that you need.

As you do expressing deep gratitude.

For your deep healing wisdom.

Inside.

Bring exactly what you most need.

When you're ready.

You can transition.

Allowing your awareness to turn in the direction that it needs to turn now.

Allowing yourself to have the experience that you need.

As you bring this gift with you.

Wherever you next turn.

Wherever you next go.

If it is time to open your eyes.

I would invite you to do that.

If you'd like to remain in stillness and silence.

I invite you to do that.

Showing your body the exact experience you need now.

This was a very nice meditation. I truly appreciated that the music that you chose and that you played was very low so as not to distract from the meditation itself. Thank you.

I love the narrators cadence. The warm synth pads coupled with the style of editing of the voice make it very very very useful and serene. I’ll come back here often.
