In this 10-minute audio, I will gently guide you to taking smooth, seamless three-part breaths. This is a breathwork practice that involves filling the belly, rib cage, and chest sequentially, and then exhaling in the reverse order. This practice calms the nervous system, reduces stress and anxiety, increases body awareness by connecting you more deeply to the body and how your lungs expand to their full capacity, and restores focus by bringing you into the present - the only moment we actually have.
