Hello and welcome to our meditation.
This is Full Moon Releasing and Manifestation meditation.
I want to invite you to come to a comfortable position that you can be in for the duration of our time together.
And get any kind of fidgeting or distractions out of the way in the first few minutes.
Offer yourself some self-compassion.
Move around as much as you need to.
And when you're ready,
See if you can find a place of stillness and calm.
If possible,
Closing down the eyes.
And bringing your awareness to your breath.
Starting to take some slow,
Deep breaths.
Feeling free to sigh them out the mouth.
And then gradually moving to breathing in and out through the nose.
Allowing the jaw to be soft,
Maybe parting the lips gently.
And always relaxing the shoulders down.
Just take a moment to be with yourself and your breath.
Become aware and at the same time comfortable with the space around you.
Become aware of your entire physical body.
Feeling your body weight on the floor or the chair that you're sitting on or the surface that's supporting you.
Feel the position of your hands as they rest.
In your lap or by your sides,
Wherever they are.
Using your body and your breath to really anchor yourself to be in the moment.
And to help keep the focus away from unrelated thoughts.
Continuing to inhale and exhale while relaxing your face and your jaw deliberately as you do so.
Consciously let your muscles relax now.
And give yourself permission to let go of all the worries and tasks that have been holding you down.
Focus on being in a present state of mind.
And preparing to place our trust in the glowing light and powerful energy emanated by the full moon tonight.
Move your focus now from the face and jaw down into the chest and the back.
Slowly moving,
Taking your time through each body part.
Looking for specific areas of tension or stress or even pain that you might be experiencing.
Observe what's there and continue to breathe.
Give yourself permission to release any energetic blocks.
Letting it go with every exhale.
As your body starts to soften and relax in your mind,
Visualize the full moon.
And visualize a white or maybe a silver beam shining down.
A visual representation of this cosmic energy.
And in this process we're going to allow our entire beings to become soaked up by the pure and serene energy of this loving light.
Take a moment now to consider what you want to manifest into your life,
Into your existence.
And it doesn't have to be anything specific like a job or a house or a holiday.
Or it can actually be any of those things but it doesn't have to be.
It can be that you want to manifest particular feelings.
You want to feel more joy,
More happiness,
More abundance.
For the purpose of this meditation it really does not matter what you want to manifest.
Our aim here is to release anything that might be blocking that manifestation.
We're also creating space.
In order to bring something in,
We need to let something go to create that energetic space.
The chances are whatever it is that you want to manifest,
We all have the same things that we need to release.
We all share this universal consciousness and this experience of humanity.
And we're tapping into the power of the full moon in order to release.
Whether it's habits,
Behaviours,
Thought patterns or even people that you want to release.
I invite you now to repeat the following phrases after me in your mind or out loud if you have the opportunity to do so and you feel like speaking out loud.
I release you under the light of this sacred and magical full moon.
I no longer need what does not serve or empower me.
I release unworthiness.
I release doubt.
I release fear and anger.
I release resentment.
I release judgement.
I release envy and comparisons.
I release relationships that do not serve me.
I release toxic people and situations.
One more time to really seal these.
Repeat after me.
I release you under the light of this sacred and magical full moon.
I no longer need what does not serve or empower me.
I release unworthiness.
I release doubt.
I release fear.
I release anger.
I release resentment.
I release judgement.
I release envy and comparison.
I release relationships that do not serve me.
I release toxic people and situations.
Imagine each of these things being released from your life and getting absorbed by the light of the full moon through its powerful deep cleansing potential.
Let yourself feel light and relaxed as you let go.
I release,
I release,
I release.
Repeat the affirmation after me three times.
I am a powerful manifester of my desires.
I manifest my intention for this lunar cycle without resistance.
Take a moment to let it all sink in.
The eyes are closed.
Bring your awareness to your physical body and bring some gentle movement to bring yourself really back to the moment.
Become aware of your breath.
And take the next three exhales through the mouth,
Sigh it out and really release.
Gently blink open the eyes.
Before we close our meditation,
I just want to remind you that you really are a powerful manifester of your desires.
And you absolutely can manifest your intention for this lunar cycle without resistance.
