The witch wound is a deep collective wound that many women carry through generational trauma or through past life experiences, that affects confidence, self-expression and intuition. In this audio we repeat five affirmations for each of the main five witch wounds - seeing other women as competition, experiencing a blocked throat chakra, the fear of being judged, the fear of being stabbed in the back and the fear of your own spiritual gifts. Repeat or just listen and we can heal as a collective sisterhood.

Welcome.

The witch wound is a deep collective wound that many women carry,

Often affecting their confidence,

Expression and intuition.

We'll work on healing this witch wound together as a collective through the repetition or just listening to the following 25 affirmations.

Let's take three deep breaths to begin,

Exhaling loudly through the mouth to release any stagnant energy.

I celebrate the success of other women as I rise into my own power.

I honour the unique gifts we all bring and stand in my own light.

I trust in my path and believe in abundance for all of us.

I release jealousy and embrace unity with other women.

I uplift and support other women with kindness and encouragement.

I trust my voice and know it deserves to be heard.

I release the fear of speaking my truth with confidence.

I trust the wisdom of my words and express myself freely.

I am safe to speak my truth,

Share my ideas,

Emotions and experiences.

I honour my ability to communicate with kindness and clarity.

I am proud of my gifts and share them freely with the world.

I release the fear of judgment and embrace my true self.

I honour my spiritual path and trust in my inner wisdom.

I stand in my truth and trust that I am supported.

I am worthy of expressing my authentic self without fear.

I trust the people around me and release the fear of betrayal.

I am supported and protected in all that I do.

I release the need to look over my shoulder and embrace trust.

I am safe to stand in my truth without fear of harm.

I trust that I am surrounded by loving and supportive people.

I connect with my intuition and embrace my spiritual gifts.

I honour my childhood spiritual experiences and trust in my inner knowing.

I release any and all blockages holding me back from my power.

I trust in the guidance of my inner wisdom and intuition.

I am worthy of my spiritual gifts and embrace them fully.

Namaste you
