Transcript

Welcome to your silent meditation.

My name is Mags and I'm here to hold the space for you as you lead yourself in this meditation.

The three minutes will exclude this intro and the outro at the end.

So take the time now before we begin to get yourself comfortable and into a seated position.

Perhaps you are sitting cross-legged in which case encourage the knees towards the earth route down through your sit bones.

Sit tall and extend the crown of your head up towards the sky.

Relax your shoulders down and soften your jaw.

Take a couple of deep breaths to prepare yourself.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth and again inhaling and exhaling.

One more time.

Allow your breath to settle and find its own rhythm and your three minutes begins now.

Gently bring your awareness back to the sensation of your physical body and the touch points with the surface that's supporting it.

Become aware of your breathing and bring your awareness down to your hands and your feet.

Bring a little bit of movement,

Maybe turning the head from side to side,

Dropping your ears towards your shoulders and when you're ready coming back into the present moment,

Blinking open the eyes if they were closed.

Namaste
