Let's take some time to arrive into this potent part of your day.
If appropriate,
You might begin by taking a morning stretch.
Maybe arms slowly circle over your head.
Maybe one arm side bend at a time.
Otherwise it might feel interesting to shift and settle into your seat or back body in some other way,
Like gentle circles with the top half of the body,
Gentle wiggling of the hips from side to side,
Circling the wrists or shoulders.
Do some subtle movement to come into this moment.
You might even invite a yawn,
Sighing as you exhale if that feels supportive.
Let's begin to find some stillness as you close or soften your eyes.
In just a few moments to notice what's there for you this morning without judgment or getting caught up.
Continuing to settle in,
Let's bring some awareness to the potential that morning time brings.
You might begin to visualize the earth just before the sun begins to reveal itself.
The land a little cooler,
The color of the sky still a dark shade of blue and purple,
The birds singing their wake up call.
Simultaneously notice your breath.
Begin by deepening your inhales a bit more.
Let's begin to breathe with the sunrise.
On your next inhale,
Visualize the sun beginning to peak over the land.
Allow your breath to deepen a bit more with each round,
But take your time.
With each round that you begin,
See the sun revealing a bit more of itself.
Can you feel its potential to shine brighter with each breath you take?
Your breath a little fuller and smoother each time.
Can you feel your own potential within you growing and matching the sun's solar power that is inevitable each day?
Maybe you even imagine that you yourself are breathing the sun into its magnificence.
If a smile is near,
Allow it to appear.
Now with the sun fully in your view,
It now becomes the backdrop for potentiality in all living things.
See the birds as they sing us awake,
Revealing their intentions with each note.
See them flying from branch to branch,
Maybe in search for food or cushion for their nest.
See them flying high in the sky,
With potential to travel far and wide.
Some flying with friends,
Some content in their solo journey.
Visualize grass,
Plants,
Flowers,
Even the food we eat as they rise up to meet the sun's warmth,
Showing their potential for growth,
Beauty,
And nourishment.
See the abundance of water on our planet and its potential to cleanse,
Hydrate,
And renew.
Just like the ebb and flow of your breath,
The potential in the waves to rise and fall is always present,
Just like the reflection of the sun on the surface of the water.
Notice the potential for your day to go even better than expected.
While life isn't perfect,
What if you start your day deciding to look for what works out in your favor?
Notice all the ways where you are supported.
What if you decide how you want to show up?
See how even in dealing with daily challenges,
You have the potential to show up fully,
Staying grounded,
Aligned,
And loving.
Remember your potential.
Remember your power.
Remember this is another day to start anew.
Feel the morning sun's potential within you,
Leading you into the day full of opportunity to be the best version of yourself.
Staying full circle,
Let's take three rounds of breath,
Each inhale a little deeper than the last.
Feeling the potential of the lungs and belly expanding fully,
Inhale a little deeper.
And exhale fully.
Inhale again,
Filling up a bit more,
Exhale and release.
Last time,
Inhaling deeper,
And exhale completely.
As we return,
