In this class we'll be working with the energy of the Wood element, connected with the creative, rising yang energy of springtime, and the organ systems of the Liver and Gallbladder. Whether or not it's the spring season for you right now, this is a class for working with the tender new buds of your internal springtime, and releasing any blocks to that in the form of frustration or anger. In this class, we'll be working into the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, emphasising the sides of the body, and working with a number of important acupoints on these channels. In the meditation practice we'll be emphasising letting go of anger/frustration and also any physical tension that might come with that. We'll then focus on nurturing yourself and giving yourself the love you need to allow your creativity to blossom. 45 mins of movement, 10 mins of meditation.
