Start to soften the neck.
Rest your tongue on the roof of the mouth.
Separate your teeth about a centimeter and just breathe through your nose.
Soften your eyelids as you close your eyes.
Listen to everything that's going on around you.
Don't label it,
Just listen.

Notice the tip of your nose as you inhale and exhale.
And just feel the space around you.
Feel that peaceful sense of presence.
Now remember you're in a safe place,
So completely let go.
Feel that safe space.
Also notice the relaxed body,
The grounded body.
Feel the breath as you inhale and exhale.
Again,
You're safe.
Feel the space around you.
Feel the emptiness and space within you.
And feel that sense of peacefulness.
Just feel the space within yourself and outside yourself.
Feel the surrounding space where your consciousness ends.
And feel your consciousness within.
Underlining energy,
Space,
Emptiness.
What's in between the thoughts,
Even in between the breaths.
That's you.
You that's calm.
You that's peaceful.
And always peaceful.
The mind is not the one to rely on.
The consciousness is collected from the intuition,
The heart,
All the things that make good decisions.
Make happy decisions.
And also a feeling and a stability of freedom within yourself.
If you're strong within yourself,
Nothing around you matters or breaks you.
So feel that love within and that love outside you.
It loves but still is not penetrated.
Simply relax.

Find the permanence within you.
And remember that you're divine.
Simply witness as you inhale and exhale.
As the breath moves up and down the spine.
Through the belly,
Through the chest,
Through the throat,
Through the nose.

You can feel the space around you.
This peaceful space,

And just breathe into that heart space right there,

Feel the energy of the thumbs to the heart.
Feel the warmth.
Take your thumbs to your forehead.
Feel that intuition,
That third eye.
Take the palms back to the heart.
Lengthen the spine,
Soften the shoulders.
Let the body,
