The changing of the season is always such a beautiful time.
We're leaving one season and moving into another and at the time of this recording it is spring and it's often many people's favorite time of year and so in this meditation we'll be talking about the rain and the sun.
Welcome to Grounded with Wendy.
Let's head into meditation now together and find yourself as still as possible and we're going to be doing some exploring of our imagination today.
We're going to be going on a little walk together out in nature so maybe you're on a walk right now.
So if you are outside try to focus on my voice.
If you are seated inside please close your eyes if that's comfortable and let's all just take a deep breath in.
Fill your lungs with fresh cleansing air and ever so slowly exhale letting go of any tension that you feel in your body.
As you settle into these few minutes we have together imagine yourself standing in a gentle spring rain.
Feel the soft droplets against your skin washing away what no longer serves you.
With each breath allow the rain to carry away.
You might even imagine the raindrops through your hair falling over your shoulders and down your fingertips your arms to your fingertips.
Imagine feeling the golden rays touch your skin fresh perspectives.
Feel this space that you it creates space for this renewal and this opening.
Be in this moment in this space of transformation and allow yourself to fully embrace the rhythm of the spring season.
Old thoughts doubts and heaviness maybe take a pause and do a little visualization of the rain cleansing you.
A stirring within you of some new rhythm that you'd like to create for yourself.
Consider pausing for a moment and letting the sun help you feel like you're glowing.
These intentions can spur activity and bringing the spirit of spring's renewal with you into your day.
