Hello my dear this guided meditation is intended to help you access and increase your personal power Going to be focusing on your solar plexus chakra For this practice you can sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor or on a cushion You could even be lying down wherever You can be as comfortable as you can just Be sure that the position you find is one that you can maintain for this meditation being kind to yourself If you need to move or shift you can do so with mindfulness and stay calm When you meditate it's okay to have thoughts they will come and just welcome them Meditation should never be a strain Don't try hard just be bringing your gentle non-judgmental attention back To the sound of my voice and to this meditation when you have thoughts Or when you find that your thoughts have taken you somewhere else Let go of expectations you have come to your chair or your cushion or wherever you're lying Just let yourself settle into this practice Settling into this practice to benefit from this time of calm silence and peace Now that you're settled gently closing your eyes Bring your awareness to your breath Notice the rise and fall of your chest And the rise of your chest And the rise of your chest And the rise of your chest Notice the rise and fall of your chest Natural rhythm of your breathing just stay with this for a few moments If you find your thoughts are wandering gently come back to this solar plexus chakra meditation Thoughts are okay let them come welcome them And gently let them go by coming back to this chakra meditation Remember be kind to yourself Bring your attention back to your breath notice the rise and fall of your chest And gently let them go by coming back to this solar plexus chakra meditation Bring your attention back to your breath notice the natural rhythm of your breathing Breathe in deeply first into your belly and into your chest inhale as much as you can And slowly begin to release the air starting with your chest and then your belly And do this for two more deep breaths Inhale as much as you can and slowly releasing Now let your breathing be at its natural rhythmic deep pace Now bring your attention to the root of your being the base of your spine A tiny ball of red energy spins there See this energy center as a red pin of light and allow this light to grow and grow and surround your entire body Then move up a few inches to just below the navel your creative center An orange light spins there it is the size of a pin As you inhale allow this orange light to grow to the size of a marble Then even bigger even bigger and surround your body Moving up above the belly button a tiny yellow light spins This yellow light grows slowly first to the size of a marble Then it grows to the size of your hand and expands to surround your abdomen,
Your chest,
Your upper body And finally it surrounds your whole body This is the light of your own self motivation,
The light of your destiny This light symbolizes your desire to act upon your aspirations,
Your intentions,
Your dreams and fulfill them Ribbons of this light infuse your body starting with the abdomen with warm golden energy Moving to your throat,
Your head and lower body This brilliant bright lemony colored light now surrounds you,
Surrounding you as a shield of confidence Filaments of this light infuses your whole body with motivational energy Feel your confidence rising and with it your desire to try new things Feel your whole being rising to new challenges and overcoming them Continuing to enjoy this yellow light still surrounding you All the areas in the solar plexus absorb this light and energize I encourage you to repeat each of the following affirmations silently in your mind after I say them I have great personal power I am motivated to fulfill my goals and intentions I am successful in my endeavors I know my direction in life and remain focused upon it I act on my ideas and make them reality I see the results from my effort I follow through with what I say I will do I take decisive action to craft the life of my dreams I respect and love my whole being I stand up for what I believe I confidently express myself I want to spend a couple of moments in peaceful silence as you continue to bask in this healing light,
Keeping it energized As you breathe streams of this beautiful light weave in and around your abdomen Infusing you with confident motivational energy Now it's time to bring this meditation process to an end I encourage you to come out of this slowly Bring your awareness back to your breath Allow yourself to feel the in and out rhythm of the rise and fall of your breath On your next inhale allow your fingers and toes to gently wiggle,
Move your arms and your legs When you're ready gently and softly open your eyes,
Still keeping your focus inward Then opening your eyes completely when you're ready Then returning back into where you're sitting or lying,
