Aaron Stone began meditating and practicing yoga from a very early age. After being diagnosed with Essential Tremor as a child, he learned breathing and relaxation techniques that helped ease his symptoms and shape a lifelong, embodied meditation practice. A creative soul with a deep passion for music and sound, Aaron was drawn to the healing power of sound waves and vibration. He shared his work with the intention of offering others the same grounding, calm, and connection these practices brought into his life. Though he has passed, his teachings live on.
