Hello and welcome to this three minute meditation.
My name is Aaron Stone and I am very happy to be guiding you today.
So let's begin.
First of all,
Finding a comfortable,
Alert posture.
Preferably in a seated position with a straight back,
But whatever works for you is fine.
Lightly close your eyes.
Give yourself permission to relax.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
And release all the air out through your mouth.
Notice how you are sitting.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Take one more deep breath in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Now breathe naturally.
Notice your breath.
Drop your shoulders.
Relax your jaw.
If you can,
Breathe in through your nose,
And out through your nose.
Resting your attention on the tip of your nostrils.
If not,
That's okay.
Just rest your attention on the rhythm of your breath.
You can now start to relax your focus.
Take one more nice deep breath,
Gently listening to the sounds around you.
And when you are ready,
Slowly opening your eyes.
