“WACURI™ - Journey to the Exuberance of Youth" is a five-minute guided visualization bringing to your mind and heart the moments of pure unadulterated exuberance and joy you experienced as a child, or by vicariously enjoying this state when you observe the toung children in your life. Allow yourself to regain that joy by coming with us!

• This journey is led by Dan Spinner, a 30-year Life Coach, Aikido Master and Mindfulness Teacher, who was the CEO for the Deepak Chopra Foundation, advisor to the Esalen Institute, Ken Wilber’s Integral Institute, and other organizations dedicated to positive change..

• Like other Wacuri™ journeys, the goal is to enable busy modern people to build the habit of quickly dropping into a deep state of connectedness with self, others and the sacred universe.

• Wacuri™ is short for “Wake Up Curious,” and is a method of five-minute guided social meditation – followed by deep sharing among the participants – developed by Dan and his partners in Wacuri.

There's much Exuberance in reminsing our youthful playtime. It unveils that much of who I am today is because of my youthful energy. I'm 37. I feel 16 , look 28 meditate like a 50 yr old monk and alas live the experience of my 37 yr old self. No youth has evaporated from my blood. No wonder has been dried up from my bones. I'm rejuvenated every single day and in every single way. My friends replenish my laughter and playfulness, and my inner being keeps me as a father will protectba child.
