"Journey to a Shower of Stars" is a five-minute guided visualization that explores the possibility that we can discover the vast and infinite connected essence of our lives in the jaw-dropping experience of a meteor shower, or more poetically, a "shower of stars." Regain the wonder you had as a child when you first saw shooting stars! • This journey is led by Dan Spinner, a 30-year Life Coach, Aikido Master and Mindfulness Teacher, who was the CEO for the Deepak Chopra Foundation, and advisor to other organizations dedicated to positive change.. • Like other Wacuri™ journeys, the goal is to enable busy modern people to build the habit of quickly dropping into a deep state of connectedness with self, others and the sacred universe. • Wacuri™ is short for “Wake Up Curious,” and is a method of five-minute guided social meditation – followed by deep sharing among the participants – developed by Dan and his partners in Wacuri.
