Take a nice couple of deep breaths in your own rhythm,

And adjust your posture if you're comfortable.
And come with me today on a journey to a shower of stars.
Imagine,
If you will,
That you could sense and feel all the cosmic rays from our Sun,
Gamma rays and many others,
That are said to pass right through our own bodies,
And in fact the body of the Earth itself.
Hour after hour,
24-7,
Cosmic rays from our Sun shining down,
Raining down upon us,
And passing through us,
And everything.
But if this is true,
It must also be true that every Sun or every star is producing cosmic rays and cascading them out across the universe.
So just imagine for a moment that not only are you sensing the rays from our Sun,
Sunlight and beyond,
Including cosmic,
But the cosmic rays from every Sun,
Every star,
Perhaps in our galaxy.
And these rays would shower upon us from every direction,
Top,
Bottom,
Side,
360.
Take a moment,
Imagine you can sense this shower from the stars,
Pouring over us,
Pouring through us,
Pouring through everything,
From a million directions at once,
Forever.
See if you can feel that shower of stars entering your body,
Passing through your skin,
Into your muscles and your tendons,
Into your bones,
Right into your cellular structure itself,
Lit up,
So to speak,
By the cosmic rays of the entire galaxy.
Feel your body coming alive.
Feel the cells coming to a point of more brightness somehow,
More wisdom,
More consciousness.
And in fact,
These rays go even further into the subatomic level.
Imagine now being held in this galactic embrace of a shower of stars.
And perhaps this shower includes qualities,
Information,
Energy,
Wisdom,
Insights,
Love.
Perhaps this is one of the ways in which we're connected.
To the universe itself.
And now imagine you can reach back out along the lines of those showers and connect with those stars in thanks and gratitude and appreciation and imagine and admit the possibility that you too are a cosmic ray.
That you too are a solar light,
A star unto yourself,
Shining brightly,
Lighting up the universe as you are lit up.
Feel yourself suspended in the presence of all the stars in the galaxy,
Held up,
Appreciated,
Supported,
Cared for,
Enlightened.
Feel how living your life like this might be.
It might be something extraordinary.
