Hello,

My name is Viola and I have written this meditative breath poem called I Breathe for all of you.

Take a moment to settle in and return to your breath.

I breathe,

Sitting in the middle of this family of trees.

Bathing with the wisdom they offer to me.

Shifting,

Protected in the shade of green leaves.

With my ancestors rooted deep on holy ground.

Greeting,

Welcoming the child back home.

A vortex of nature's grace.

Understanding,

I am all,

All of this space.

And just as I am,

It is enough.

And here,

I am free from what has captured me.

I breathe,

Release,

Let go right here.

All the stuff I've been carrying so far.

And I breathe.

And I breathe.

And then,

I can,

I can begin again.
