Welcome to this healing and moving on meditation.

Before we start,

I invite you to find a comfortable seat somewhere where you can totally relax a quiet space a space for you to tune in a quiet space to tune in for the next couple of minutes sitting in a nice and grounding position allowing the sit bones to rest on the mat or the floor or perhaps a pillow or a cushion take a deep breath in and a deep breath out and very slowly exhale allow yourself to arrive here in this moment in your body in your breath you've come to this space to rest to release to begin again whatever brought you here whatever you're ready to move through know that just being here is a gentle and safe place to start begin by feeling the weight of your body supported beneath you pay attention to it your spine is nice and tall lifting up out of the crown of your head but the body is nice and soft you can let go with each breath in feel calm energy entering your body with each breath out feel a tension and heaviness leaving your body notice your breath travel throughout the whole body the size of the ribcage,

The back of the body,

The front chest and the belly notice your heart steady patient and beating through it all in the moments of reflection i want you to come inward with compassion with grace and with softness there are moments in life when the heart grows tired when something we love ends when a chapter closes before we're ready when we must walk forward without the familiar it's natural to want to hold on to replay what was to wonder what could have been but healing doesn't mean forgetting it means learning to carry the memories with gentleness letting the pain loosen its grip take a moment to just breathe here imagine the ribcage softening opening expanding making room for peace to enter repeat to yourself i am ready to release what i no longer need i am ready to let healing find me i am ready to release what i no longer need i am ready to let healing find me now imagine standing on the end of a quiet lake at sunrise the air is cool the light soft the water still in your hands you carry a small stone perhaps a symbol of the weight you've been carrying you take a moment looking down to glance at this small stone it might hold memories pain or old stories about who you were even though it's small it holds weight and maybe now you no longer have to carry that weight when you're ready you gently place that stone in the water you watch as the ripples expand outwards fading into the calm until the surface returns to stillness the water does not erase it reminds you that everything can move everything can change and peace always returns you take a moment to breathe here inhaling deeply and softly exhaling bringing one hand to your heart the other to your belly feeling your breath flowing between them the rhythm of life continuing as you return to your day or drift into rest carry this feeling with you you are not broken you are becoming gently take one last deep breath in and exhale another deep breath in and a full exhale out on your own time you can gently come back into the space wiggling the fingertips and the toes taking a stretch if you need to when you are ready you can slowly open the eyes and I thank you for listening to this meditation today it would be lovely if you gave it a rating and left a review
