This guided meditation is conducted in Chinese. We will experience the present moment start from open our senses, to concentrate on our breath, and end up with vipasana meditation. 生活的忙碌总是让我们忽略了当下时刻的美好. 在这段冥想中,我将引导大家感受此时此刻的宁静.通过打开我们的各种觉知,练习腹式呼吸以及最后进入到内观的状态。观察自己的思考状态和体会本我的自然状态。内观冥想能让我们从新的角度认识自己,提高自我认知,自爱,以及真正的自我成长. 如果你刚开始学习冥想,也许很难全心全意的集中注意力.尤其内观时很容易迷失在我们一个又一个的想法中.如果能意识到此,已经是非常好的开端.请坚持练习,相信自己.同样的冥想通过重复的练习才能见真知.
