The full moon is a powerful time to reset,

Release and begin again.

Hi,

I'm Viona.

This meditation is here to help you reset and realign with your dreams and goals.

We'll use the energy of the full moon and the rhythm of the ocean to visualize the future you want.

To anchor into your goals with clarity and intention.

Let this practice become your ritual,

Return to it again and again,

Especially it's months under the full moon to reconnect and manifest what truly matters to you.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

If you can,

Lie down and let your whole body rest.

Close your eyes.

May place your hands on your lap or by the side with your palms facing upwards.

Just a gesture for openness and trust.

Feel the surface beneath you,

Supporting you.

Take a deep breath in here,

Draw your attention inward.

Now as you exhale,

Soften into this moment,

Feeling unconditionally embraced by the ocean.

Allow yourself to have that sense of openness,

Surrender,

Open to what's coming next.

Surrender to what it is as of now.

Just take a moment here to set the mind to be fully arriving in this moment.

Take another deep breath in,

Arrive,

And deep breath out,

Release,

Settling deeper into yourself,

Into your inner wisdom.

Allow the body to just release what no longer serves you.

Let go of the day.

Let go of the stories,

Whether it feels good or bad.

Let go of all the labels you give,

The roles you have,

And all the responsibilities you carry.

Couple deep inhale here to let go.

With every exhale,

Just sense that you carry less.

You melt into the now.

Relax your forehead,

Your jaw,

Your whole body.

There's no need to hold on to anything.

Just let your whole being surrender.

Keep inhaling and exhaling.

Let the old energy flowing out,

Just like driftwood carried away by the tide.

Thoughts may come,

But let them drift past like clouds over the moon.

You're simply here,

Aware,

And present.

Now,

In your mind's eye,

Start to picture the sky above you,

Wide,

Open,

And peaceful.

The sky has this deep,

Dark blue color.

And there is a full moon right in the middle of the sky.

Its soft,

Glowing white light gently lights up the ocean below,

Lightening up the waves with a silvery shimmer.

Feel that same moonlight touching your skin,

Just like a soft light that is sent from the moon just for you.

Breathe into this light.

Breathe out,

Feel a sense of release.

Let this light flow over your body from the head to the toe.

This light isn't separate from you.

It reflects light already inside of you.

Just take a moment here to rest in this moonlight.

Feel a sense of purity and deep calmness the moonlight brings.

Now,

As you connect with your purest self,

Your highest self,

You may ask your highest self,

What do I truly desire in my life right now?

What do I truly desire in my life right now?

Let the answer rise naturally from your heart,

And begin to see it,

Feel it.

Let this desire and vision take shape in your mind's eye.

Where are you?

Where are you?

Who are you with?

What are you doing?

Picture every detail as vividly as you can,

As if it's already real and already yours.

I'll leave a couple of minutes here for you to fully explore this vision.

Let it unfold and let your vision expand.

Gently bring your attention back to your breath,

And breathe into the vision you've just created.

To manifest is to live in alignment.

So let's take a moment to ground this vision into real everyday action.

I'll guide you through a few reflective questions.

For each one,

Try to identify just one small thing you can begin doing differently,

Starting here and now.

First question.

What is one thing you are ready to stop doing and letting go?

Maybe because it no longer serves you or align with who you are becoming.

Take a moment here to identify that.

Second question.

What daily habit or routine would you prioritize to support this vision of you?

Third question.

How would you carry yourself,

Your posture,

Your voice,

Your energy,

Throughout the day if you are already becoming who you want to be or what you want to manifest?

Let each answer become your quiet guide in shaping your choices and guiding you throughout your day.

Remember,

Manifestation is not about chasing.

It's about aligning.

Bring your thoughts,

Your actions,

And your energy into harmony with what truly matters to you.

May silently repeat after me,

I am worthy of all I desire.

I am worthy of all I desire.

I live every moment of my life with intention and clarity.

Let this affirmation settle in.

The vision you have,

The transformation,

The changes.

Visualize all these elements we were meditating about becoming a seed.

We empower them through every inhale we are having.

Then as we exhale,

Sending them to the bottom of your heart like you are planting them.

Continue with every inhale.

You are nurturing the seed.

Imagining you are watering the seed.

You are sending warm light and love to the seed with every inhale.

With every exhale,

Trust that they are growing.

Every action you take from here will water them and nurture them even further.

You are already shifting.

You are aligning and receiving.

Take a moment here to be grateful.

Grateful for this body we have,

For this breath,

For this bone and this life we are having.

Grateful for all that is and all that's on the way.

Grateful for yourself,

For choosing to show up,

To align and to listen.

You are always welcome to return to this meditation,

Especially during each full moon phase.

Let it be your ritual to return to clarity and reconnect with your purpose.

You may see how your life begins to shift and manifest as you come back to this practice month by month,
