Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community.
Today we are on day 22 of our 30 days of scripting.
And today I decided to pull a card from the Crystal Sound Healing Oracle by Gerilyn Glass.
Gerilyn Glass is also a teacher on Insight Timer.
I strongly encourage you to check out her work.
She is absolutely amazing.
She does the most beautiful tracks with crystal sound bowls I've heard to date.
And I heard about her not too long ago because she created this amazing deck.
You actually turn it over when you pull a card.
It has a scan code and the scan code will play the sound of the beautiful bowl that she has mentioned on the card.
Of course,
Loving Oracle cards as much as I do.
When I saw this deck,
I was in love and for the longest time this deck was used in almost every live that I did initially when I first became a teacher.
So it turns out that Gerilyn is going to be in New York and I get to meet her on Tuesday.
So I'm extremely excited and I felt called to use her beautiful deck.
Randomly pulled a card and I got number 14,
Buddha's Delight Neptune Gold.
And this bowl stands for laughter,
Communication,
And immunity.
And so I go to her book and I read her message.
If the Buddha's Delight and Neptune Gold Bowl giggled its way into your life,
It is recalibrating your nervous system through pure joy and laughter.
This message communicates through the language of the heart,
Inviting you to maintain the frequency of collaboration,
Teamwork,
Gathering in the spirit of unity,
And remembering and sharing the energies of fun and playfulness.
The great Buddha that is pictured on the card reflects this energy.
This bowl asks you to focus on the power of your intention as you receive its joyous emanations.
Feel the sound move through your body,
Creating a resonance within you like effervescent vibrating strings.
This bowl purifies the energy of a space and when you tune,
Hum,
Or sing with it,
Your personal alchemy is amplified in joy.
Fill your body with this immune system boosting energy at the very cellular level and then feel how it infuses your environment as well.
The frequencies of this bowl remind you of the necessity of being able to laugh at yourself with deep heartfelt belly laughs.
Take a moment now and laugh out loud.

What an awesome message for scripting because it puts us into the right frame of mind and a good energetic place to do some scripting.
And I think today's topic should be about joy.
There's so many things that bring me joy and sometimes I just need to remember them.
And sometimes in the morning I will script on just that.
The joy of seeing my puppy when I get up in the morning,
The joy of stepping outside my door and seeing the sun shining through the woods.
For me a huge part of scripting is gratitude and when I focus on joy,
That gratitude comes out naturally.
So my friends,
I'm going to play this number 14,
This bowl.
I want you to hear this tone and I want you to think about the things that bring you joy and take her advice and let out a huge belly laugh.
And then I'm going to put five minutes on the clock and we're going to do some scripting.

Today was a beautiful fall day and I am so grateful that I live in a place that is so beautiful that I can step outside,
