Hello beautiful Insight Timer community.
Today is day 11 of our 30 day journaling challenge and of course I love the number 11.
I see it often.
It has a lot of meaning for me.
I'm sure if you're into numbers it's got meaning for you as well.
Today I decided to pull a card from a deck that I don't use very often.
It's The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer and it's based on his book.
I'm sure some of you have read it.
I have read it but I confess that I have actually listened to it on audio and sometimes it's hard to grasp what he's saying so I have to go back and listen to it from time to time but there is definitely a lot of great wisdom in that book.
And the card I pulled today was Freeing Yourself and it says when a blockage gets hit it's a good thing.
It's time to open up internally and release the blocked energy.
Wow that card has so much meaning for me.
I know that personally I have a lot of blocked energy.
It's something I've worked on and continue working on and it's an ongoing process but there are times when certain things trigger me.
I hate to use the word trigger because I know it's become so cliche but maybe something will affect me in a way that kind of makes me think or makes me not want to think too much because I don't want to remember whatever it is that I'm holding in that's setting me off.
So working with blocked energy for me is is really key and really important to getting past things that I've been holding back and things that I've been holding in my body and I know I have because of the way I feel sometimes.
So today's prompt is gonna be about blocked energy.
Where are you blocked?
What can you release?
What do you notice happens when certain triggers set you off?
That is a huge topic for me and honestly I don't know that five minutes can cover it but I'm gonna put five minutes on the clock and we're gonna journal about that.
So that was five minutes and I definitely had so much to say.
So many things came out that I hadn't even thought about when I started writing and I love when that happens.
Hopefully you're experiencing that as well.
Hopefully some of these journaling prompts are uncovering things you hadn't thought of.
Originally my goal was just to try and journal every day and I'm really glad I did because it has helped me get back into the swing of things and back to journaling and the insights that come out when I journal for me are sometimes monumental and so helpful.
So thanks for helping me out and I hope this is helping you as well.
We'll be back tomorrow with day 12.
