And Yasmin says this is a super interesting full moon,
Not just because it's an eclipse.
Full moon eclipses can be quite tough because they're all about letting go and moving on from someone or something that's clearly not for your highest good.
I don't know about you,
But I often find it hard to let go,
No matter how obvious it is that I should.
But when it comes to full moon eclipses like this one,
The more we cling onto something that's clearly served its purpose,
The more painful the eclipse can be.
I know that it's much easier said than done to just let go and head off in a new direction,
But if you can start to get your head around what needs to be released,
You'll be doing yourself a huge favor.
This full moon eclipse is taking place in the sign of Virgo,
Which means the sun will be in the sign of Pisces at the time.
So yes,
She says there's very much a tug of work going on,
And I don't know about you,
But I am definitely ready to let go of whatever I need to let go of.
She also says note that Mercury will be retrograde at the time of the eclipse.
Oh,
I didn't need to hear that.
But it's good to know,
Right?
We like to know when Mercury is retrograde.
Mercury rules the sign of Virgo.
So for many people,
There will be second chances or a feeling of needing to do something all over again.
Maybe you're rethinking or revising a plan.
You might just need to think it through again before taking action once the retrograde cycle is over.
Sometimes we just need to double check.
But here's the good news.
This full moon eclipse is taking place at a harmonious angle to lucky Jupiter.
So even if there's a bit of letting go to do,
It should all work out for the best.
If not immediately,
Then in the not too distant future.

That gives us hope.
This eclipse also encourages you to pay attention to your health and well being.
Consider which routines or habits you can let go of to improve your overall health.

That's a loaded question.
I've been working on my health for probably the past couple of years,
Longer than that.
But focusing on my weight,
I should say for the past couple of years and have made some really amazing changes,
Which I'm very happy about.
However,
I'm gonna have to do a little bit of thinking about that because I know I still have some habits and routines that I can definitely let go of.
Alright,
So here's her suggestion.
And I'm gonna go with this to start by finding a quiet space where you can reflect.
Take a moment to think about what in your life no longer serves you.
This could be old habits,
Limiting beliefs,
Or stagnant relationships.
Write down each one on a piece of paper,
Creating a checklist because Virgo loves a checklist.
So once you create that checklist of what you're ready to release,
She suggests you go outside and safely burn the paper,
Visualizing these old patterns dissolving into the universe.
Alright friends,
I'm going to pause here and emphasize that if you're burning anything,
You should only do that in a very safe and controlled environment.
I live in the woods.
I'm not going outside to burn anything.
I will sometimes do that in my kitchen sink.
I'll burn my little note.
And I don't know how great this is,
But I've sometimes,
You know,
Just ripped it up and tossed it into the toilet.
You do whatever works for you.
