Hello and welcome my friends.
Today we're going to talk about the full moon in Scorpio.
And as always,
I am using Yasmin Bowlin's Moonology Diary,
My favorite book for interpreting the full moons.
And she says Scorpio full moons are known for their intensity,
Bringing emotions to the surface in a way that can feel all-consuming.
Hmm,
Sounds interesting already.
And she also goes on to say that this is a good full moon to release as much upset as you can with yourself and with anyone else.
And remember,
Sometimes people hurt us more than they mean to.
And,
You know,
I think of that quote,
Hurt people hurt people.
She says some people are so hurt they can't help but hurting others.
And while that doesn't make it okay,
You can forgive them and move on because you'll be doing yourself as big a favor as you're doing them.
So what is the formula for forgiveness?
She suggests you recite the following affirmation before,
During,
Or after the full moon and do it with all your heart.
It comes from the work of Catherine Ponder and is also included in the book Moonology.
It's a super powerful formula that's inspired millions.
And here it is.
Under the glorious full moon,
I forgive everything,
Everyone,
Every experience,
Every memory of the past or present that needs forgiveness.
I forgive positively everyone.
I also forgive myself of past mistakes.
The universe is love and I am forgiven and governed by love alone.
Love is now adjusting my life.
Realizing this,
I abide in peace.
Two things I loved about this was her mention of being love and being in peace.
Those are two of my themes for this year without a doubt.
I end all my journal entries with I am the love of my life.
And as some of you know,
Peace is a huge topic for us here on Insight Timer.
And it's something that I protect and I guard every day because peace is definitely important to me.

So for our journaling prompts,
Forgiveness is crucial for deep emotional healing.
And this full moon in Scorpio offers a gentler energy,
Making it easier to release old grudges and past hurts.
Okay,
That's good news.
By embracing forgiveness now,
You free yourself from emotional burdens and create space for growth,
Renewal,
And positive transformation going forward.
So let's journal on these three prompts.
What am I holding onto that's dragging me down?
How can I let go of this pain to start healing?
And what valuable lessons have I gained from this experience?
