Over the next 52 weeks, we'll use journaling as a tool for deep self-discovery—a chance to reflect, embrace, and shape your future with honesty and without fear. Each week a new Oracle card provides a prompt to guide you, but remember, this is your journey. There are no rules. Take what resonates and leave the rest. Whether you prefer pen and paper or a digital format, scripting, doodling, writing, the key is to engage and enjoy the process. We'll be using Yanik Silver's "The Cosmic Journey Oracle". This week's card: #12 "Enter. One Step Forward. One Step Onward"! Background music: 'Dance of Inner Peace' by my friend, the incredible Blossom Violet. Be sure to follow her for more beautiful piano tracks! Please follow and connect with us in this supportive community of users and many wonderful teachers in the "Ask Your Guides" group here on Insight Timer.

Hello and welcome beautiful Insight Timer community.

Today we are on week 12 of our year of journaling.

As always,

I pulled out my Cosmic Journey Oracle by Yannick Silver and I pulled a random card and I got number 12.

How cool is that?

We know how much I love synchronicity with numbers.

So number 12 says,

Enter one step forward,

One step onward.

And in the book he says,

You're in a thick fog right now.

You can see only a few feet ahead of you and that's all you need.

Instead of knowing each move,

Exactly which steps to take and in which order,

Realize that when you walk forward the next step will be revealed to you.

This is a journey of one step forward and one step onward.

You are being asked to enter your perfect path awaiting you without reservation and without hesitation.

It was a nice short one and honestly I do feel like I've been in a fog so I can relate to this one as well.

It's actually a foggy day here in New York today so it kind of fits as well but I just feel like so many things have been going on and I question myself.

Which way do I go?

Which step do I take?

And sometimes the best step is to just step back and look.

So I am following what this card says.

I really feel like it spoke to me.

The question,

The journaling prompt,

What is the next step I can take right now and then what is the next step?

I think that's great advice.

I tend to try to sort everything out at once and that's not always a good move because I tend to get overwhelmed.

And it's interesting that last week our card was about taking a big leap so I feel like we've got a familiar theme once again.

So my friends,

Let's put some time on the clock and let's do some journaling.

What is the next step I can take right now?

All right my friends,

I hope you got a lot of journaling done while listening to Blossom Violet's beautiful piano music in the background.

This was a great card for me.

So many things to think about and honestly it gave me an opportunity to get some steps clear in my head.

And one of the things that I liked was he gives a little advice towards the end here.

Ask someone to be your accountability partner to ensure you make your next step forward without over planning or over thinking it.

I for one am going to use that advice because I am an over thinker and an over planner and that's where I get exhausted.

So my friends,

I hope that you got some insights from this prompt,

Something helpful and feel free to share with me.

I love reading all your shares and your notes and your comments and I hope that you are clear on the next step you can take right now.

And until next week,

Week 13,

Have an amazing week,

Have an amazing day and let's chat again next week.

Loved this! Beautiful music and prompt. I too can be a over planner so loved journaling about just the next step and not getting to ahead of myself

Always spot on. So funny, I was thinking the other day that I was looking through a fight lens, but I did take a step forward and created my children’s book on word so I can work on getting it published which will be my next step. Besides being a women’s empowerment life coach, I have many other things the universe is calling me to do. My next step in coaching is to continue coaching and becoming the best coach I can be. Keep moving forward and onward one step at a time. Thank you Violet

Also a foggy day in South Wiltshire and today I am revealing the first steps into the Inner Sanctum with acolytes on Zoom. Thanks to today’s prompt, I realise all I have to do is let them know the path is opening, its rough outline but only share details about the first step ... which coincidentally, or not, includes 23 meditations to journal your soul’s growth, potential and path. I’m also introducing a variable pricing model where participants choose how much they are comfortable investing each month. The top tier generates credits for 1-2-1 time with me too.
