
You Are Not Your Emotions - Becoming The Witness

Feeling overwhelmed by emotions can be intense, but nothing is wrong with you. In this meditation, you are invited to relate to your emotions with curiosity and presence instead of resistance. Every emotion carries a message, and here you are guided to listen to what is moving through you right now. This practice supports safe emotional expression. You may feel the need to breathe deeply, shake, cry, or release sound. If it feels safe for you, you are encouraged to let the energy move. Emotion is energy in motion, and when it is allowed to flow, it naturally calms and passes. You are gently reminded that what you feel is not permanent. Emotions arise, move, and dissolve. You are not your emotions, your thoughts, or your sensations. You are the one witnessing them.
