A Tea Blessing

Starting the day with a cup of tea or other comforting beverage can be an intentional practice. Prepare your tea and use this prayer to bless it for health, balance, grounding and releasing anything internally that does not serve.

I bless and program this cup of tea with the utmost healing and restorative powers. I ask that the liquid become sacred and travel throughout my entire body, Circulating through my thoughts, My brain, My mind, My voice, And my throat, My heart space, My stomach, And my root. I ask that if there's anything internally that is rooted in a fear, A doubt, Worry, Anxiety, Pain, Suffering, Illness, Disease, Bacteria, Or infection, I ask that this liquid help to heal and balance and eliminate, To transmute peace and love and grounding, Surrender, Trust, And release throughout this body. I ask these things trusting and believing that it is so, And so it is. Thank you for this moment, These ingredients, This opportunity, And this beautiful body.
