You in this very moment Let's pause and take some much-needed time for ourselves Take this moment just for you A moment that is entirely yours See to yourself in an upright posture with your spine straight Close your eyes Focus your attention inwards Firstly on your body bringing your awareness to any tension or areas of tightness If you were able to relax into these areas after bringing your awareness to them Doing so gradually whilst feeling gratitude to your body for supporting and carrying you on life's journey Turn your awareness to your breathing Breathe deeply and deliberately for a few moments Focusing on the sound of your breath,
The feeling of the air on your nostrils,
The movement of your chest,
And the steady beat of your heart Inhale Exhale Inhale Exhale Inhale Exhale As you exhale,
Visualize all the stress,
Anxiety,
And negative energy leaving your body Inhale the pure positive potential that the universe is providing Inhale Exhale Inhale Exhale Inhale Exhale Inhale Exhale Inhale Exhale Inhale Exhale Exhale Acknowledge any thoughts of stress and worry that float to the surface of your mind.
Watch these thoughts as a witness and pay attention to the feeling they evoke in your body.
Repeat the following affirmation.
As you repeat the words,
Visualize your body filling full of golden light,
Pure,
Universal,
Potential.
Open the universe,
Enveloping your being in pure,
Universal love and acceptance.
This is what I make of it.
Success is not final.
Success is not fatal.
I create my own reality.
I have the power to motivate.

No matter what happens,
