You Right now,

Let's stop and take some time for ourselves.

Take a moment just for you.

A moment that is entirely your own.

Sit in an upright posture with your spine straight.

Close your eyes.

Focus your attention on your body.

Bringing your awareness to any tension or areas of tightness.

If you are able to relax these areas after bringing your awareness to them,

Then do so slowly,

Whilst feeling gratitude to your body for the part that it plays on your journey.

Slowly,

Turn your attention and awareness to your breathing.

Breathe deeply for a few moments,

Focusing on the sound of your breath,

The feeling of the air on your nostrils,

The movement of your chest,

And the steady beat of your heart.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

As you exhale,

Visualize all the stress,

Anxiety,

And negative energy leaving your body.

Inhale the pure positive potential that the universe is providing.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Any thoughts of stress or worry that float to the surface of your mind,

Or any thoughts as a witness,

And pay attention to the feeling or emotion they evoke in your body.

Repeat the following affirmation.

As you repeat the words,

Visualize your body filling full of golden light,

Pure,

Universal potential.

Imagine the universe enveloping your being in pure,

Universal love and acceptance.

I have within me the strength to meet any challenge,

The intelligence to navigate any situation,

The resilience to prevail over all obstacles,

And the determination to surpass all limits.

I am capable.

I am powerful.

I am formidable.

All is well.

Bring your awareness back to your body.

Feel the surface on which you are sitting,

The temperature of the room you are in on your skin,

And the ambient noise of your immediate surroundings.

Slowly,

Open your eyes and remain seated in place.

I am the light of the universe.

I am the light of the universe.
