Be guided into a deep meditation to energise and ignite the flame of the heart. Use your breath to bring life to the heart and experience a beautiful expansion from the heart. After the initial guidance into the practice, there is a 10 minute meditation in silence, after which you are guided into an awareness phase, concluding with gratitude. If done consistently, this meditation dissolves the fears, stress and anxiety that prevents us from living with openness and trust in life. May this meditation be of great benefit to you!

Let's prepare for meditation.

Coming to a comfortable sitting position in which you can relax for around ten minutes without being disturbed by the physical body.

So finding a position that feels comfortable with the spine straight and closing your eyes.

Or if it feels more comfortable,

Have the eyes slightly open but unfocused.

And bringing relaxation to the body,

Bringing enthusiasm and joy for meditation.

Gratitude for being able to practice meditation in this moment.

Just trying to enter into meditation with a state of excitement.

And now bringing all your awareness to the center of the chest,

To the area of the heart.

And beginning to take deep breaths in and out of the heart as if you're breathing from the heart.

And each time you inhale,

Feeling the heart becoming warmer,

More energized,

As if you're blowing on a glowing coal and igniting the fire of the heart,

Setting the heart aflame.

And every time you exhale,

Feeling more deeply relaxed.

Each time you inhale,

Feeling this warm,

Glowing feeling in the heart.

And feeling all the tensions,

All the fears and worries and concerns melting away,

Burning in the flame of the heart.

And we'll continue in this way for some minutes in silence,

Keeping the awareness in the heart and using the breath to warm and energize the heart.

Feeling yourself going deeper and deeper into the heart,

Feeling the heart awakening and yourself relaxing,

Letting go.

Each time the mind wanders,

Very gently bringing it back to the heart,

Continuing to breathe in and out of the heart until you hear the next gong.

Keep bringing the mind back to the heart,

Breathing in and out of the heart.

Keep the focus.

Remain with your eyes closed and continue to meditate on the heart for one more minute.

And coming back slowly,

Concluding this meditation,

Keeping your eyes closed for some moments of awareness,

Perceiving the effects of this meditation,

Noticing how you feel now compared to how you felt at the start,

Perceiving the effects on the heart,

Perceiving your state of consciousness and taking a moment to recall all your experiences throughout this meditation and any insights you may have received,

And perceiving your overall condition in conclusion following this meditation.

And you're invited and encouraged to practice this meditation every day and increase the length of time of the meditation upon the heart as this meditation really helps to dissolve stress and anxiety and fears and to bring an openness and expansion at the level of the heart.

Let's conclude with a few moments of gratitude towards the divine consciousness.

And with this we conclude this meditation.

I wish you many blessings on your path ahead.
