Vera has been deeply touched by the teachings on death and dying, which were a catalyst for being able to live each day in great joy and with an underlying peacefulness, no matter what life brings. The continuous contemplation of the inevitability of death brings the extraordinary gift of accepting the impermanence of this life, and a profound appreciation of the moments as they fly by. Vera offers this realisation as an invitation to live with love and reverence. She is a teacher of Hatha, Kundalini and Bhakti Yoga.
