Feel the sand moulding to the contours of your feet.
It feels like a natural massage that releases any remaining tension.

And a gentle breeze carries the scent of saltwater
and the invigorating freshness of the sea.
As you walk,
Become aware of the calming sound of the waves caressing the shore,
Like a comforting lullaby.

Notice the vibrant colours around you,
