Thank you for taking the time to share your heart and space with me.
This is an opportunity to just take a break from the racing thoughts,
The busy mind,
The never-ending to-dos.
Start to bring awareness into our feet,
Wherever you are,
Whether you're sitting,
Standing,
Lying down.
Wiggle the toes,
Push into whatever surface is near your feet,
Feeling an engagement,
A connection.
That was my paparazzi exhaling right along with us.
Begin to,
With each breath in,
Imagine breathing oxygen up through roots in your feet from the earth,
All the way up and out,
Your mouth and nose.
And as we breathe out,
Breathe all the way back down,
Observing the energy falling back down to the bottom of our feet,
Releasing back into the earth.
Whatever out-breath,
Whatever release we need.
And then once again,
Breathing in from the nourishing roots of the earth,
All the way up,
Feeling into our crown.
Exhale it back out our feet.
Bring awareness to our hands.
And we're going to make just very brief tight fists with our fingers.
See if you can tighten your fist as tight as possible,
Sensing that tension.
Oh,
It feels so good to release.
Keep holding,
Keep holding,
Keep holding.
Go ahead and release.
Just observe the change in sensation.
And you find ease and release as opposed to contraction.
And again,
One more time,
Tightening our fists into tiny little balls.
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze.
And release.
This time we'll do it with our feet and toes.
Squeeze everything in and hold.
And release,
Finding softness in our feet.
One more time.
Inhale,
Tighten.
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze our feet and toes.
And release.
Bring both hands to over your heart,
One on top of another.
So best gratitude for this brief pause to connect in with your body and the earth.
Just releasing whatever you came in spinning with.
Feel free to return to this practice anytime you need just a moment,
A pause,
A release to help you dust off and get back out there and sparkle and shine with your fabulous badass self.
I love you dearly.
I believe in you fiercely.
Go out there and change the world.
Namaste.
