Once you're in a comfortable seat,
Go ahead and close your eyes or take a soft unfocused gaze.
And feel yourself settle in the space that you're in.
Allow distractions to float through.
Feel yourself fully land in your physical body.
Evenly weighted across the sitting bones.
And from that support,
Grow a little taller,
Extend up through the crown of the head.
Soft in the edges,
Soft in the skin.
Feel yourself present here in this moment.
Begin to notice your breath moving.
Allowing the breath to move in and out of the nose.
And as you inhale,
The navel drops forward.
And as you exhale,
The navel gently pulls back.
Feel the breath moving.
Feel the abdomen moving as you breathe.
Allowing the muscles of the face to soften,
Relaxing around the eyes.
The joints of the jaw.
Even soften the muscles behind the ears.
The shoulders relax back and down.
We continue to hold your upright posture.
Now gently deepen the inhale.
And equally lengthen the exhale.
The inhale,
Navel drops forward.
And the breath expands into the ribs.
And as you exhale,
The ribs gently draw in.
And the navel draws in.
The inhale navel drops forward and the breath expands into the ribs.
And as you exhale,
The ribs gently draw in.
And navel pulls in.
Feel the breath moving.
Feel the areas of the body moving as you breathe.
Gently deepening the breath once more.
This time as you inhale,
The navel drops forward.
The breath builds into the ribs and up towards the heart space,
Into the chest.
And the heart remains energetically buoyant,
Lifted,
Even as you let the breath go.
The inhale abdomen expands.
The breath builds into the ribs and the chest.
And as you exhale,
Chest.
Ribs,
Abdomen gently draw in.
See now if you can feel the breath become circumferential.
As you inhale,
The breath expands out to all sides.
From the base up And as you exhale,
The breath releases from the top down.
And feel now as if the whole body is breathing in.
And the whole body is breathing out.
Feel yourself here.
In this moment.
The only place that you exist.
With a frog.
And continue here for as long as you need.
Namaste.
