Invite your Throat Chakra to be bathed in healing light & awareness for your spiritual transformation.

Namaste.

Let us begin with the breath,

Taking a deep inhale all the way deep into your body and a slow controlled exhale.

And again,

Deep inhale,

Even deeper and slow measured exhale.

This process is recalibrating your inner world,

Slowing it down,

Deep inhale,

Even deeper and a slow exhale,

Letting go.

I'd like you to become aware of your thoughts in this moment.

What are you thinking of in addition to listening to my words?

There is no judgement or analysis of what it is that you are thinking about,

Simply being aware.

And as you do this,

You bring awareness into yourself,

You activate your intentional awareness.

As you bring more focus to those thoughts and consciously asking yourself,

Where are you in your life right now?

What is happening for you during this time?

This doesn't need to be related to your throat chakra,

We're simply exploring it as there is always a reason that you are listening to this in this moment.

So deep breath in,

Deep breath out,

And here we connect to mother earth.

Feeling your roots travelling down into the earth,

Connecting to our beautiful planet as we ask mother earth to ground and anchor us throughout this experience.

With your next breath,

Breathing in,

We activate a bubble of light to completely surround you,

Bubble of protection,

Healing,

Nurturing,

Just feeling held in this sacred space.

As you breathe next,

Visualising a pillar of light within your entire chakra system,

Lighting up all along your spine,

Glowing,

Vibrating,

Resonating.

As it does,

All of your chakras one by one are lit up,

Your root chakra,

Sacral,

Solar plexus,

Heart,

Throat,

Third eye and crown.

Feeling the beauty of the expansion of your multidimensional self being open,

Activated.

I would now like you to take a journey inwards to the inner planes,

Visualising a sacred field with your feet standing upon the grass.

Here you are within your inner space,

An intimate,

Sacred,

Familiar space.

As we set the intention to meet your throat chakra,

Manifesting here as a beautiful ball of blue light hovering above the grass just ahead of you,

Glowing,

Vibrating.

We call in four pillars of light to materialise.

These four pillars surround you and your throat chakra,

Creating a sacred place,

A temple.

A temple for your throat chakra.

Spend a moment here to meet your throat chakra,

To appreciate its part within your multidimensional system and the mystical network within you.

It is the bridge of communication between your higher and lower self.

Your throat is the gateway to your soul consciousness.

It is your voice.

Your throat chakra has been working for you,

With you,

Representing you from the day of your birth.

Helping you interact with this reality and it is responsible for this arena of consciousness.

Feel its joy in being recognised,

Honoured by you in this moment.

It is alive and conscious within itself.

We also appreciate the mystery here,

There is much we do not understand.

Yet by being open here we allow for divine insight and revelation.

Taking a deep breath in and breathing out.

So let us explore what is happening for your throat chakra during this time.

We call upon divine compassion,

Which enters this space as shimmers of falling,

Sacred,

Sparkling light.

And now connecting with the human aspects of what you are currently experiencing,

Related to your throat chakra.

As we meet and allow what is conscious and unconscious.

And as we bring them into awareness,

They become receptive to the healing energies of this divine compassion.

Let us begin with your communication during this time.

How free are you able to communicate?

To express who you are to others?

Are there elements of judgement,

Of self,

Of others?

Again as we explore this we do so without analysis,

Without judgement,

Of even the judgement.

Are there any hidden desires to gossip?

Exploring to allow what is seeking the light,

To receive the light,

Be bathed by the light,

Be released into the light.

Let us move on to your truth.

What is your truth?

Are you living your truth?

Are you able to speak your truth to others?

What is truth?

Many of these questions do not have any particular answer.

We are speaking to the conscious and unconscious,

Your soul,

Your higher self is taking care of your healing.

Your expression is a beautiful aspect of who you are,

Unique.

Are you expressing yourself?

Have you had themes related to inhibiting your expression?

Perhaps you have created stories of why you are unable to express.

Life experiences,

Challenges,

Traumas.

Being aware of them compassionately yet also detaching from them to observe them objectively.

Let us move on to your identity.

Who are you?

Who are you really?

What is it that you want?

Are you lost,

Confused?

Do you know who you are?

Do you fit in to the world around you?

As we move on to authenticity,

Who is your authentic self?

Are you authentic with the people around you?

Above all,

Are you authentic with yourself?

Authentic with your soul desires,

Your higher truth,

What is calling you?

The throat chakra is also responsible for your belief systems.

Do you have any rigid belief systems that are calling to be loosened,

Softened?

Are you in the flow with ideas,

With new ideas,

With life?

Do you feel anxiety with others,

Being around others?

Anxiety being yourself or anxiety in not knowing yourself when with others?

We now bathe all of these areas within related to the throat chakra that are feeling insecure,

Incomplete,

Lack with divine compassion.

Letting them know it is okay,

They are also serving a purpose in bringing these areas into awareness for transformation,

For healing,

For alchemy.

As we bathe them in non-judgmental,

Unconditionally accepting,

Sacred love.

Taking a deep breath in and breathing out.

We now call upon a gentle shimmer of crystal clear,

Sacred divine light to begin to descend.

Falling upon you and your mystical throat chakra manifested just ahead of you.

As we're asked to cleanse,

Release any energies within your throat chakra that are ready to be released.

Calling in this crystal clear divine light to purify your throat chakra.

Breathing in healing light into your throat.

Breathing out releasing.

Breathing in receiving.

Breathing out clearing.

Seeing your throat chakra receiving this cleansing light.

Breathing in purifying.

Breathing out feeling cleansed,

Lighter.

Give yourself permission to release any limiting beliefs,

Ideas,

Energies within your throat chakra into the light.

I release patterns,

Preventing myself from living my authentic truth,

Life,

Expression.

I honor my authentic voice.

I appreciate my voice for who it is regardless of its insecurities.

It is perfect in its imperfection.

It is me.

Feeling your throat chakra becoming brighter and brighter,

Lighter and stronger.

Breathing in purification.

Breathing out what is asking to be released.

We now call upon higher healing light.

Calling in the evolved frequencies of throat chakra consciousness that are available during this time.

As a ray of brilliant light cascades down,

Breathe this in to purify your throat chakra.

As new higher ideologies of authenticity,

Higher truth,

Communication,

Expression,

Creativity are anchored within your field and downloaded to your throat chakra.

Your throat chakra breathing,

Glowing,

Resonating as a blue sun of brilliant light.

And here repeating these affirmative statements if you wish or allowing them to ripple in.

I choose to communicate authentically.

I choose to be authentic.

I choose creativity.

I choose my higher truth.

I choose my voice.

I choose belief systems aligned to my higher self.

I choose my soul identity.

I choose to express.

I choose my truth.

I speak.

Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Here we tune into gratitude,

Finding gratitude for all of the experiences past and present.

Past,

Present and yet to come.

We appreciate the lessons related to the throat chakra,

The themes you have faced throughout your life designed for your greater awakening.

Cultivating faith that all is part of the grand design.

And recognizing your value,

Your worth as you reach for something more with your throat,

Allowing it to grow,

Develop and expand.

Here we say farewell to our mystical throat chakra on the inner plains.

Honoring its incredible consciousness and domain over this arena of your life.

Remember anchoring your spirit here and voicing it to the world to be seen.

Breathing back into your body,

Deep breaths in,

Deep breaths out.

Harmonizing all of the chakras together with your breath.

Revisualizing this beautiful column of light,

Feeling it even brighter as the throat chakra disperses its higher wisdom to all of your chakras.

As we ask the throat chakra to be supported by your heart chakra and the earth.

Breathing down into the earth and breathing up from the earth.

As you breathe into your body,

Honoring your inner self.
