Beginning with your breath,
And using your breath to invite your presence into this moment.
Deep breath in,

Each breath bringing more and more of your awareness here.
Deep inhale,

Just beginning to feel your fingers relaxing,
Your arms relaxing.
We visualize energy just flowing out through our fingertips.
Your shoulders relaxing,
You may wish to roll your shoulders gently.
Your toes,
Your feet,
Your legs relaxing.
Just knowing energy is flowing out through your legs,
Out through your toes.
Your stomach,
Your chest,
Your neck relaxing,
Your facial muscles relaxing.
As we bring our awareness to the body,
Gives it an invitation to unwind,
Relax,
Release any energy it is holding onto.
Deep breath in,

Just becoming aware of your thoughts,
Your emotions during this time.
Asking yourself how do you feel in this moment in your life?
This doesn't need to be connected to your third eye chakra,
We're simply bringing awareness,
Presence to this moment.
Yet of course all things are related.
In here we take our awareness to mother earth,
Sensing your roots travelling down into the earth connecting to mother earth.
In here we open up a pillar of light within your entire chakra system,
Lighting up all the way from your root chakra,
Sacral chakra,
Solar plexus,
Heart chakra,
Throat chakra,
Third eye chakra and your crown chakra on the top of your head,
Sensing this beautiful column of light,
Opening,
Glowing within you,
Anchored down into the earth through your root chakra.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
We take our awareness to a ball of light just above your crown chakra,
As divine consciousness pours down through your crown,
Through each of your chakras on its way down.
As you take a moment to honour this beautiful ability you have to spiritually connect in this way.
Now we take our awareness to the inner planes,
Feeling yourself journey inwards to a sacred space within you,
A sacred field.
This is an intimate place where you have a great sense of familiarity,
Intimacy,
Sacredness.
There's a beautiful light shining here on the inner planes,
The light of source that fills your breath,
Your presence with a sense of great feeling of oneness,
Connection which grows with each moment you are here.
Here we call upon your third eye chakra to manifest before you,
Representing the chakra as a beautiful ball of indigo light begins to materialise just ahead of you,
Hovering above the grass.
This ball of light glowing as you visualise four pillars of light surrounding your third eye chakra.
This is a sacred place,
These four pillars create a symbolic temple for your third eye.
Take a moment to meet your third eye chakra and recognise it as part of a mystical network within you.
Your third eye is your gateway to your intuition,
To the language of the divine.
Your third eye is here working with you,
For you,
Representing you,
Senses joy in being recognised by you in this moment and being given attention.
It is an aspect of your own consciousness,
Yet individual in its own right.
We honour the mystery here,
That we do not fully understand this chakra or all chakras and through this admittance we allow for divine insight and revelation.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out as we call upon sacred compassion to enter the space as shimmers of sacred light.
As this light falls we bring to awareness what you are currently experiencing in relationship with your third eye chakra.
Meeting and allowing for what is conscious and unconscious to be brought into the light.
Just allowing whatever needs to arise to emerge to be receptive to the healing energies here as you begin by exploring any areas in your life that you currently feel confused about?
Are there any areas that you would prefer to have more clarity upon in your life?
How intuitive do you feel about your reality?
Do you trust your intuition?
Can you differentiate your intuition from your ego desires?
Do you feel in touch with your reality or are you more fantasy prone?
Remember there is no judgement here as this descending sacred compassion simply meets all emotions,
All experiences with absolute acceptance.
Do you feel focused with your life?
How decisive are you?
Do you find yourself procrastinating?
Are your thoughts predominantly positive or negative?
Are there any areas in your life where you are more reactionary?
Do you find that you have some beliefs that are rigid or closed minded?
And here of course we work with the subconscious as we are only aware of what we are aware of.
This light descends inwards.
How in touch are you with your natural psychic abilities?
Do you doubt your psychic abilities?
We now bathe all these areas within related to the third eye chakra that may be feeling insecure,
Lack,
Incomplete with this sacred divine compassion.
Letting them know they are also serving a purpose.
Providing the initiation points for transformation as they bathe in non-judgement,
Acceptance and sacred love.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out,
We now call upon a gentle shimmer of crystal clear divine light to begin to descend over your third eye chakra,
Hovering just in front of you and as it does feeling it shimmering over your own third eye chakra within you.
We ask this light to cleanse and release any energies that are ready to be released.
Calling in this crystal clear energy to purify your third eye chakra.
Taking a deep breath in as healing light is invited into your third eye chakra and breathing out releasing.
Breathing in receiving.
Breathing out releasing.
Witnessing your third eye chakra receiving this cleansing light,
Feeling it becoming brighter,
Purified,
Cleansed.
As you take a deep breath in and a deep breath out,
Now we call upon the higher healing light as a beautiful frequency enters the space.
The evolved frequencies of the third eye consciousness begin descending.
An array of brilliant indigo light cascades down.
Breathing this purity into your third eye,
Both within you and witnessing it entering this glowing ball ahead of you.
This new ideologies of intuition,
Insight,
Foresight,
Hindsight,
Calmness,
Self-awareness,
Psychic abilities are anchored within your field and downloaded into your third eye chakra.
As this occurs,
Seeing your third eye chakra glowing with a stronger and purer indigo.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out,
Your third eye chakra beginning to glow like an indigo sun of brilliant light.
Beaming like a lighthouse,
Scanning your reality and your inner world,
Bringing light,
Illumination and wisdom.
Here repeating these affirmative statements to your third eye as you see and sense it glowing with each statement.
I choose insight.

I choose hindsight.
I choose inner sight.
I choose intuition.
I choose to trust in my intuition.
I choose self-awareness.
I choose clarity.
I choose decisiveness.
I choose my natural psychic gifts.

As you feel your third eye anchoring into Gaia as you root with faith and trust.

As we give gratitude to our experiences past,
Present and yet to come.
As you recognize your worth and value,

Allowing it to develop,

In this space we say farewell to the mystical third eye manifesting symbolically ahead.
Honoring its incredible consciousness and domain over this arena of your life.
As you breathe back into your body,

Breathing out light as you harmonize all of the chakras together,
Taking awareness again to the column of light through your spine.
As you take one hand to place upon your heart chakra.
We do this to center our experiences from the heart.
