Source: A Journey Through The Higher Realms

Take a journey through the higher realms to merge with the source. Taking a deep breath in and breathing out slowly allowing yourself to relax and bringing your awareness your presence here to this moment with each breath allowing the breath to travel all the way through your body reaching down into your cells giving permission to your entire physical body to unwind relax and bringing yourself into this space as we take awareness to the feet just feeling energy flowing down through your legs out through your toes feeling your legs relax your knees relax your hips relax your stomach your organs your chest breathing in and breathing out feeling the rhythm of your breath and your chest move and just rolling your shoulders rolling out any energies out and feeling energies flowing out through your arms through your fingertips relaxing your neck your facial muscles and just allowing yourself to arrive and throughout this transmission and throughout this transmission just giving yourself permission to allow your mind to unwind in its own time whatever you're feeling just observing and just being an observer in this process as you take awareness to the heart center and breathing into your heart center and visualizing a golden ball of radiant light spreading across your chest moving up and down your body as we invite in your soul presence your eternity within taking awareness to mother earth just beneath and feeling Gaia holding space as we ask mother earth to anchor ground and provide this space of connection throughout this transmission as you will be elevating through many spheres of consciousness feeling Gaia the safety of your sacred mother holding you throughout and breathing that in to honor that connection as you invite in four ascended beings of light to stand around you and radiate from their heart center a pure white light grid of radiant light to surround protect and nurture you in this cocoon offering a gentle healing vibration just gently allowing you to relax just a bit deeper and being aware of your soul family in spirit around and as you breathe in deep and breathe out slowly taking awareness to your infinite soul presence and visualizing a pink pyramid traveling from the center of the earth traveling up through the layers of the earth through the crystal kingdom the mineral kingdom the plant kingdom the elemental kingdom and feeling it rotate so the apex of this pyramid begins to move through from your earth star chakra just beneath your feet and begins to move upwards through your column of light of your chakras one by one your roots sacral solar plexus heart center throat center third eye through the crown so the apex of this pyramid is just touching your soul star chakra just above your head as you feel yourself fully immersed within this pink pyramid just giving yourself a few moments to acclimatize to this pink frequency loving energy with this particular vibration and now taking awareness to an inverted golden pyramid traveling down from the heavens traveling down through the dimensions and allowing it to rotate to whatever position you may be in so the apex of this inverted pyramid moves down through your crown third eye throat chakra heart center solar plexus sacral root chakra and moving all the way down to the apex is touching your earth star chakra and the base is just above touching your soul star feeling yourself fully immersed within this pink and golden energy of your macabre your sacred vehicle of light and just allowing your body physical body light bodies to naturally synchronize with this sacred symbol the sacred vehicle breathing in to honor this moment breathing out to bring a presence more into this eternal moment here as you begin to take awareness to this beautiful spiraling energy above beginning to see it form this white ribbon and rhythm of energy moving straight up into the heavens and feeling yourself being lifted guided by your highest self throughout this process working with the permission of your high consciousness for this elevation into source consciousness to receive whatever may benefit you on your journey to expand your consciousness strengthen your spiritual connection and deepen your awareness of reality for the benefit of you and of all as you feel yourself lifting and being drawn magnetized to a realm far above you in the highest state of consciousness as we begin to tune in vibrationally to the first sphere of consciousness the higher realms feeling yourself moving up through the atmosphere and physical reality begins to shift as we move multi-dimensionally feeling physical reality begin to dissolve as a higher clearer reality becomes more visible and around a land becomes more visible just above you as you are drawn towards it until your feet land upon its land here and just take a few moments to look around at this incredible place as we vibrationally anchor into the first sphere of consciousness in the higher realms feeling a beautiful being of light begin to approach you having glistening shimmering lights off its light body and as you look around you see many light beings in this realm every direction you look crystal cities this is a higher dimensional state of consciousness where beings of light are creating and co-creating exploring and working working with those in the physical and working with those in a non-physical working across dimensional states as you feel this beautiful being approaching you your heart begins to open naturally and a ribbon of light with a particular color emanates from this being's heart center travels into yours carrying a telepathic and an empathic message that goes deep into your soul into your heart presence offering many gifts of awareness and wisdom of this place as you begin to remember a deep nostalgic feeling of this place this state of being this realm becomes more real with each passing moment and as you take your awareness to your earth life begins to feel more of a dream or simultaneously this high realm has a nostalgic feeling that almost feels unreal there is something magical in this land in this area in the air around you as you take a breath in you feel the air is infused with unconditional love particles frequencies that lift your soul give you vitality as you begin to feel more vibrant and more alive with each breath with each passing moment in this place and you recognize that part of this reason is this deeper connection that you have to spirit to source as this transmission and communication from this light being continues begin to understand that this is the first sphere of consciousness you're being asked to move through to help you attune to help you prepare vibration and to also help you receive what you need to receive as you look around you notice colors you've never seen before in this realm the skies the land has textures and energies which seem to evoke ancient feelings feelings before you have incarnated in between your incarnations there's great joy here great celebration the idea of polarity almost seems absurd as you recognize that all creations actions in the universe are perfectly balanced and created for much higher meanings and purposes you recognize the need to analyze and understand things become less relevant here is a state of beingness this being of light turns towards you and offers a symbol trust what comes to you what you're being shown within the symbol carries a greater message that you need to receive right now the symbol may be a circle it may be geometric shape and maybe something that you have already seen in your life something notable something that has meaning for you perhaps a totem just whatever you are shown and trust even deeper the feeling that comes with it the message that is coming through the symbol as your soul presence takes this in to be received as you feel that magnetic pull once again you begin to notice once again this column of lights spiraling lights above you magnetizing you through this vortex once again as you feel your soul presence lifting higher and higher and as you do feeling the lightness within your being as you're letting go the densities of what it means to be physical what it means to be separate these ideas begin to blend they begin to merge and as you move through this column you notice great circle a ripple that you move through and as you move through this ripple on consciousness your entire body vibrates as this ripple consciousness assists you in raising your frequency and vibration to enter the second sphere of consciousness as you take a deep breath in and breathe out and find yourself entering the second sphere of consciousness as your feet land soft upon this beautiful realm looking around you there is an ethereal quality to this realm as you sense the vast essences of light beings these ascended masters begin to approach you feeling the different qualities of these different avatars each carrying a beautiful connection to the divine with a unique devotion to spirit the unique connection each one a unique array of source in this form feeling yourself being beautifully surrounded by variety of these avatars as one by one they honor you honor you for who you are and as they do you recognize as vast as they seem as bright as they are they are meeting the part within you that is them and you are meeting the part within them that is you feeling this meeting occur as they bathe you in these various colors these frequencies and these songs allowing the songs to swim through your being your body the light bodies your soul presence as you look down and your arms and your legs you notice this incredible moving light through your being the entire universe is within you taking a deep breath in and allowing yourself to take this all the way through your being and breathing out as you receive these various rays from the ascended masters the avatars the gods and goddesses of compassion feeling them each yield a specific way of offering this to you specific way of showing their form to you to show their love their appreciation their connection for you begin to recognize your sense of value and worth even at this level as an integral part of the universe an integral part of existence breathing this into the heart center of each of your chakras allowing them to expand grow and heighten in possibility as you work with the avatars of the second sphere of consciousness to help awaken the higher aspects of your consciousness the higher aspects of each of your chakras to bloom to flourish to be nourished by you to be nourished by source to be nourished by your source to access greater wisdom greater wisdom of love greater awareness I'm feeling the beautiful ethereal quality of this realm sings your soul presence your heart the ancient essence of who you are as you recognize in this beautiful second sphere of consciousness you are far more far greater than one incarnation as you feel that familiar magnetic pull and look above and see this column of light once again each time you see this column of light that has a more mystical quality as your awareness has grown your consciousness has expanded beginning to understand it in deeper ways as these streams of light call you yearn you as you travel upwards once again feeling yourself being drawn gliding through up this column moving light passing through another ripple in consciousness another layer which once again transforms your frequency your nature your essence to help assist you to enter the third sphere of consciousness the third heavenly realm and as you enter the third realm before the vast presence of your higher self your higher consciousness and allow yourself to surrender into this greater part of who you are swimming through your higher self feeling that deep familiarity that is only you that only you could recognize from this vantage point you recognize how many lives you are carrying out simultaneously how many experiences how vast your consciousness actually is how many possibilities there are how many adventures you have already had and the limitless infinite adventures that are yet to be experienced the connections soul connections you have made the connections you have made with planetary bodies with a vast array of consciousness as your higher self helps prepare you to enter the higher states of being beyond itself as you feel yourself being drawn once again through this column feeling the boundary between yourself and all that is becoming ever so subtle as you are called into the source realm feel yourself gliding into this realm of liquid light of moving light of singing light vibration essence creation infinite wonder the formless and the form as you find yourself being drawn to a particular place as you land within the heart of the source realm and ahead of you before you even look can sense and feel every element of your being the presence of source there's a vast vast essence ahead of you and you feel this vast vast essence within you within all that is feeling source bring you closer and closer as this energy of unconditional love beyond love dissolves every element of who you are as you allow yourself to sink into the arms of the creator and submerge into the oneness the oneness and in this space all of your earthly worries concerns burdens are meaningless you are one you are all that is you are this vast essence and you are also being cradled and held to allow yourself to fully surrender for all that you have carried in your earth journey it is deeply appreciated understood and met with absolute honor as you recognize yourself to be an expression of source and the frontiers of consciousness experiencing so source can experience allow this great love to wash over you wash through and change you change you with this touch change you with its essence remind you your ancient presence this ancient knowing breathing in this magic breathing in this love breathing in this knowingness and breathing out relief surrender as your last source to begin to show you the extent the ripples of your actions of your beingness of who you are to begin to truly understand how you're an integral part of all that is and all of existence could not exist without you the interconnection of all that is feeling this through your being as you look out across the universe universes multiverses dimensions possibilities realities into the timelessness the infinite and yet also understand that you are more than this you're greater than the infinite your presence all knowing love as you feel this great smile begin to emanate from source great joy is beyond the love is a great playfulness a joy a wonder An ever pervading sense of exploration,

Adventure,

Experience.

An ever pervading state of stillness,

Beingness,

Conflict.

In knowing everything is always,

Always in a state of divine perfection.

Take a few moments to breathe this energy in,

Bring your presence into this space deeper,

With this role,

Recognize the sacredness of who you are,

However small it may seem in comparison to all that is equal in measure,

Sacred,

Integral,

Loved,

Noticed.

As you take a deep,

Deep breath in,

Breathing out and feeling this column of light around you traveling back down through the dimensions calling you.

And as you depart this Source realm of liquid light,

Of heavenly light,

Being at one with the oneness with the creator.

Now of course,

You are always with Source.

You are Source.

Feeling self traveling through this beautiful column and tunnel of light,

Through the various spheres of consciousness carrying with you all of the frequencies,

Wisdoms,

Awarenesses that you have activated in your journey through the heavenly realms.

Opening your magic,

Opening your sense of connection,

Deepening your awareness,

Expanding your consciousness,

Allowing this love light frequency to travel into your cells,

Into your DNA,

Into your body,

Into your light bodies.

As you travel down all the way through the third,

Second and first spheres of consciousness.

So you see the earth from above,

The beauty of planet air,

An incredible geometric grid,

The light grids and all the moving lights beneath,

All the beings,

The creatures,

The plants,

The trees,

This incredible energy of all life.

As you witness life from a Source perspective,

Recognize your sacred interconnection with all of this life during your life,

During this time as you travel through the planetary grid and find yourself,

Traveling back down into your physical body and using your breath breathing in this light into your body,

Into your cells,

Into your brain,

Into the neurons filling your body with this light,

Into your organs,

Taking your time with slow deep breaths,

Bring a presence here,

Feeling the lightness of your being as you've been able to touch a level of awareness beyond the idea of the stories that you have here on planet air.

As you recognize you are beyond all of these stories,

These stories are part of the game for this life.

These stories are clothes that you wear,

They are beautiful in themselves as you recognize the joy in trying on different clothes,

Different states of being.

Living with Mother Earth,

As you breathe up Gaia's energy,

Breathe up the sacred earth energy,

Feeling the earth,

The trees,

The grass,

The flowers,

The creatures all assisting you in grounding and being here in this sacred land as you feel source expressing through the land,

Through the minerals,

Through the crystals,

The stones,

The rocks,

The mountains,

The rivers,

The forests,

The birds.
