Taking a deep breath in all the way down to the tips of your toes and breathing out slowly,
Beginning to settle,
Beginning to connect into this moment and just allowing your thoughts to drift across your inner sky as clouds witnessing them,
Observing them,
Honoring them and bringing your awareness here,
Now,
Simply through your intention just knowing it is returning as you intend it to and connecting to your heart,
You may wish to do this by breathing in to your heart center in the middle of your chest and visualizing a beautiful ball of radiant light and as you breathe in again this radiant light spreads across your chest,
Moves up and down your body to invite in your soul presence,
Your divine I AM presence let us begin thank you great spirit for gifting me this life,
This experience,
This journey I trust what I am experiencing is what I need to find my way back to you with each moment I open to the divine frequency of trust so I may walk with trust,
Feel with trust,
Speak with trust,
Look back with trust and look ahead with trust I call upon you great creator to fully immerse me with the liberating frequency of divine trust,
I hereby acknowledge that divine trust is my birthright,
It is my natural state of being I ask divine trust to flow through me and upgrade any belief or idea that I may have around trust I call upon you great provider to help me see,
Feel and embody trust within all areas of my life so I may trust my decisions and in doing so trusting the one making them so I may trust my emotions trust in all my challenges I ask to trust in the parts within me that do not trust in this moment I trust my fears and doubts are all serving part of a higher design I trust in my ability to handle my experiences I trust in what I am capable of I trust in my unfolding journey I trust where I am right now I trust in this moment I ask you great spirit to dissolve and resolve any feelings of mistrust distrust within me that are ready to be released I surrender these feelings to the divine and ask them to be transmuted by divine trust I ask for divine trust to now flow through my being for every cell to be infused with divine trust in all I allow this feeling of trust to flow through my body for my entire being to feel safe with this trust as I breathe in I feel this trust settle any anxiety within my being that feels unsafe I allow this feeling of trust to soothe any worries and concerns I may have about my life I trust in you divine creator for giving me this experience for all of my experiences and all the experiences yet to come I trust in you beloved source for all that you give me and all that you don't I trust that whatever I am not experiencing is in my highest interest I trust in you great spirit for every step that I take I know you guide me bless me watch over me I trust I trust I trust Namaste you
