Meeting Your Future Self

This guided meditation creates a space to awaken to more of your innate potential and wondrous possibility. This journey also offers intimate healing for your current circumstances ~ which only you can know. The visualization connects with your own unique energy and offers affirmational words of love, comfort, support. As you connect to this aspect of yourself, the healing is directed here, now, for you to receive what is needed and may be called for, to shift your reality. Blessing.

Namaste.

Taking awareness to your breath.

As you breathe,

Bring your awareness to your body.

Breathing into your body,

Feeling it expand.

And as you exhale,

Feeling your body unwind,

Relax,

Letting go.

Breathing in,

Expanding.

Breathing out,

Surrendering.

Each breath,

Centering your presence.

In this moment,

Here,

Now.

Taking awareness down to the earth.

As you breathe up,

Visualizing a light emanating from the earth and traveling through your body.

Starting up each chakra one by one,

Beginning with the root chakra,

Your sacral,

Your solar plexus,

Your heart chakra,

Your throat chakra,

Your third eye and your crown.

Take your awareness now to a ball of light just above your head representing your higher consciousness.

This beautiful white light begins to pour down your chakras from above,

One by one,

Filling up your body with light,

Traveling all the way through,

Down through your root into the earth as you feel connected above and below.

Take your awareness now to a field where your feet feel upon the grass,

Connected with the earth and connected with your surroundings.

As you look above,

The sky is filled with stars,

Galaxies,

Nebula,

The endless mystery and magic of the universe lays above you.

This moment beginning to connect with your heart,

Your soul,

As you breathe in,

Breathing into a golden ball of light in the center of your chest representing your soul presence and feeling this light spreading across your chest moving up and down your body.

And taking your awareness to your higher presence,

Your higher self,

This eternal aspect of you,

Overseeing you.

In this moment,

Ask to connect to your own timeline,

Tuning into your best possible future.

Ahead of you,

A doorway begins to gently materialize,

This emanating light glistening,

Glowing,

Full of potential.

This doorway is tapped into your best possible future.

In this doorway,

The door opens and light floods into the field and a beautiful being steps through.

This is your future self.

As your future self approaches you,

The first thing you notice is their strength,

Empowerment and the way they walk.

Feel their wisdom and compassion overflowing for you.

They have been through many things that you have yet to experience.

They know many things that you are yet to understand.

They have been through the hardships that you are still working out.

They have adopted the treasures from them and they emanate this through their compassion,

Empowerment and wisdom.

As they approach you,

They look at you with deep loving eyes and that sense of familiarity and knowingness that only they can have for you.

They know you because they are you,

Simply from a future point in time.

As they look into your eyes,

They begin to say these words,

Speaking to you verbally and on a soul level.

Beloved,

It is so good to see you.

I think about you often and where you are right now in your life.

All of the experiences you have had and are going through.

I more than anyone understand the challenges and difficulties you have faced in your journey and what you experience right now.

I honor your courage and bravery.

You will only realize in hindsight just how brave you are and how much faith and strength you truly have.

With whatever challenges you face,

Know this.

All of this will pass.

All of this will pass.

All of this will pass.

Remember your experiences are initiation points for future treasures.

I am benefiting from your tremendous courage and soon you will too.

Know in your heart that you have the capability and possibility within you for great transformation.

And what an honor it is to see what you have accomplished.

It is so easy to focus on what is not working,

To miss out on what is.

You have accomplished so much,

Attained so much wisdom and teachings from your life experiences.

And so much of it you will only understand as your journey progresses.

Thank you for sealing all of the treasures for the future that I now experience.

Your future self now takes you by the hand and walks you towards the doorway.

As they step through the doorway ahead of you,

You walk after them.

And as you pass through this barrier in time,

Feeling yourself shift in vibration,

As you enter the timeline of your future.

Your future self wishes for you to see what is possible for you and what is being experienced by your future self.

Ahead of you is a scene from your future where you are incredibly happy and fulfilled.

What you have yearned for has been manifest and has become normal.

It is a part of your experience,

A part of your reality.

Your future self turns towards you and says,

Beloved,

This is what I wanted to show you.

Not only are your dreams possible,

Probable,

They are eventual,

Yet more importantly,

They become normal.

The dreams you have had in your past have become normal for you as you experience them in your present.

As you normalize your dreams,

They become a part of your experience and you know they are part of your reality.

They are always within your reach and I know what is possible within you.

I know what you are capable of.

I know if you stretch yourself,

You can accomplish so much,

Experience so much.

Remember life is an adventure.

You both walk back through the doorway and enter the field again.

Your future self stands before you and places their hand upon your heart.

The great warmth begins to flow through your being,

Melting shields and barriers and transmitting the frequencies of possibilities to you,

Allowing your subconscious mind and your consciousness to recognize what is possible for you and normalizing your dreams to bring them into your reality.

As you make your dreams normal,

They move from fantasy to possible to probable to just another experience in your reality.

Your future self removes their hand from your heart and gives you a warm embrace and smile,

Giving this great comfort from yourself.

As they look at you one final time with their knowing eyes,

You feel that knowingness within you.

It is no longer possible,

It is happening.

That knowingness provides a reference point within you,

So you may know what is possible,

Probable,

Eventual.

Your future self walks back through the doorway and the doorway gently materializes back into the light,

Feeling yourself full of possibility and knowing that where you are right now is exactly where you need to be and all of your experiences are being honored,

Treasured.

They are part of a much greater plan for you,

A much greater destiny,

Much greater tapestry of your life.

Feeling yourself walking back through the field each step,

Bringing your awareness more and more into your present self,

Into your body,

Taking deep slow breaths in and out,

Honoring yourself,

Honoring this moment.

As you return back into your body,

Feeling gratitude for where you are in this moment,

Honoring the experiences that you are having,

The joys and the challenges,

All of them ingredients for your soul growth and your future.

Feeling one hand to place upon your heart,

Offering yourself compassion,

Appreciation for who you are and your experiences and breathing into yourself,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Staying with yourself for however long you wish.
