Beginning with your breath,
Using your breath as a way of bringing your presence into this moment.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
The breath slowing you down,
Anchoring your presence in this moment.
With your next breath,
Beginning to visualize a column of light within your chakra system,
Breathing,
Sensing each chakra,
Flowering open one by one.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Here,
I'd like you to take your awareness to a field of grass.
Just beginning to connect to this land,
To this scene.
There's a warm breeze,
Your feet feel the grass beneath you.
As here we set the intention to meet your inner child for the purpose of healing,
Growth,
Awakening and expansion.
Taking a step and beginning to walk across this field,
You notice ahead of you is a bridge.
Across the bridge is another land which has a gorgeous scenery.
As you approach the bridge,
Begin to walk over,
You sense a noticeable shift in energy,
A violation.
As you step onto this other land,
There's an innocence in the air.
There's a feeling of magic.
There's lush vegetation all around you.
As you see a path leading you further into the land,
This path takes you towards a secret garden.
As you enter into the secret garden,
You immediately sense its sacredness,
Purity,
Innocence.
Within this garden are flowers,
Vegetation,
Trees all emanating wonderful light and vibration.
In the center of this garden is a beautiful child playing.
They are beaming with happiness.
This is your inner child.
See their immediate joy upon recognizing you.
They leap across and towards you as you kneel down and give them a deep embrace.
As your hearts meet,
There is a soft,
Warm,
Melting energy.
Allow for this heart connection to deepen,
Communicating in a language beyond the mind,
Messages that only your soul and inner child can comprehend.
Tuning into your own inner reservoir of infinite love,
Beginning to generate this outwardly.
Light begins to fall all around you as support from the divine is here.
Comparing with it sacred compassion,
Healing and remembrance.
As you lean back,
You look into your inner child's eyes and place your hand on their heart chakra in the middle of their chest,
Witnessing their innocence as you recognize your own.
Here,
Offering the space to speak to your inner child.
I honor and validate all of the feelings that you have,
From the insecurities to the fears,
From the strengths to the passions.
At least forgive me for the times I have not heard you when you have spoken.
For the times you have expressed the wide variety of emotions and I may have pushed them away.
For the times you have expressed your pain and I have not been ready to hear it.
For the times you have yearned for my attention and my affection and I have looked for it in other ways.
I know you are expressing from the innocent place that you reside in.
In this moment I want you to know that I am here for you.
All of your emotions are valid.
All of what you feel,
I honor them all and give you permission to express whatever you need to me.
I see you,
Hear you,
Feel you and am with you.
I want you to know that all of your experiences have beautiful treasures.
We will discover these treasures together in the fullness of time.
I fully support you.
I love you.
And now I want to hear from you.
Hear your inner child beams their eyes sparkling as they embrace you in a much deeper way.
They have needed this validation,
Attention,
Care and space to be heard.
As you hold them close they begin to whisper in the mystical language of the heart words of innocence,
Play and joy.
They ask you to remember this.
I wish for you to know that I am you.
I represent you,
The eternal child of Source.
We are no different.
We are innocent,
Pure,
Playful,
Joyful.
Remember to laugh.
Remember to play.
Remember to experiment.
Remember to have an adventure.
Remember you are innocent,
Always.
Remember the love that I have for you.
As you both lean back from the embrace,
Your inner child takes two fingers to touch upon your third eye and then pass upon you a beautiful vision showing all of the possibilities that lay ahead of you.
Your inner child is tapped into your destiny because it knows how to reach them.
Synchronicity,
Miracles,
Magic and working with the great mystery is a natural part of your inner child's nature.
As you look upon your inner child,
They smile as you know it is time to depart and they run off to play again in the garden knowing in your heart you have re-established contact and strengthened your connection with your inner child.
As you begin to walk back out of this sacred garden,
You wave farewell to your inner child knowing their presence within you is now communicating through you,
With you,
On a soul level.
Walking back out towards the bridge and as you leave this place knowing it is within you,
Within your heart,
Within your soul,
As you take a step again back onto the field,
Each step bringing you back into your body,
Into yourself,
Here,
Now.
Taking a deep,
Deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath out.
Taking one hand to place upon your heart chakra in the middle of your chest,
Honoring who you are,
Honoring your inner child,
Honoring this incredible consciousness that you are and remembering who you are.
