Take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly,

Relaxing your body with each breath.

Give yourself permission to unwind and deepen into your presence.

Taking your awareness to your heart center in the middle of your chest and visualizing a beautiful ball of radiant light spreading across your chest and moving up and down your body bringing forth your divine I AM presence,

Your eternal timeless spirit.

Feeling yourself connected to mother earth as you breathe up her energy into your body,

Into your being.

And opening yourself to the universe,

To great source.

As you breathe in,

Feeling all of your chakras spinning,

Opening,

Expanding,

Allowing every part of your physical body,

Your energetic body to be receptive to these words.

As we invite in your soul family,

Your guardian angel and your higher self to help amplify these affirmations.

I am ready.

I am ready to embrace my destiny.

I am ready to step out of my comfort zone.

I am ready to shine.

I am ready to break free of my limiting stories.

I acknowledge my fears.

They are sacred.

They are revealing the areas that require my attention.
