Explore MeditationI am a Yoga teacher and student living in Norway. I took my Yoga teacher's training at the Yoga Prasad Institute in Mumbai. India in 2015. I teach Yoga asana and meditation as a means to get to know yourself better, keep your body healthy and cultivate peace of mind. I am very interested in Yoga philosophy and psychology, and I have been studying the Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras through the guidance of my teacher, Prasad Rangnekar.
