Welcome to this two-minute yoga stretch.
We'll begin by reaching both hands high to the sky.
Exhale,
Release your right hand down.
Inch over to the right.
Inhale,
Back through center.
Take it to the other side.
Find space in the side body.
Inhale,
Back through center.
Exhale,
Release your hands down in front of you for a seated forward fold.
Walk the hands back in,
Bringing the hands to the knees.
Find seated cat and cow.
So as you inhale,
Chest goes forward,
Gaze goes up.
Exhale,
Round through the spine.
Move back and forth through these two movements,
Finding space in the spine.
Take one more round here and meet back with a neutral spine.
Inhale,
Both hands high.
Seated twist.
Bring your left hand to your knee,
Right hand behind you.
Gaze over the right shoulder.
Inhale,
Hands back through center.
Take it to the other side.
Inhale,
Back through center.
Find neck release.
So dropping the chin to chest,
Bring your left ear to your left shoulder,
And move right back through center.
Take it to the other side.
Continue to move the head back and forth to release any tension in the neck.
And meeting back in center.
Inhale,
Both hands high.
Press your palms together.
Exhale them down to your heart center.
