There is nothing you need to do or know where you need to go.
Let your body settle in whatever way feels supportive.
You may rest your attention on the breath or simply rest in God's presence.
If your mind starts to wander,
That's okay.
Gently return without effort.
Let this be a time of rest.
As we come to the end of this time,
Begin to notice the room around you.
You don't need to carry anything with you from this practice.
Rest has already done its work.
