The teachings of yoga have helped Vanessa find more contentment and joy in her life. She teaches yoga for people young and old who want build a healthier body and mind. Because yoga is more than just fancy poses. It’s how we live, view and approach the world and allows us to find a deep sense of contentment and joy. With more than 5 years experience teaching adults and children, she has studied more than 500hrs and honed her craft in some of the most respected studios in Melbourne & Perth. Along with meditations Vanessa also makes journals and affirmation cards for kids and a range of online and in-person yoga for kids, parents and families to help you move better, feel more connected and live life with ease and joy.
