This is your powerful prayer reset.
And this is for you with a deep,
Deep desire,
Dream that maybe hasn't come to full fruition yet.
Yet,
You know,
You've thought about this for a while.
You feel it in your bones.
So I invite you now to get yourself in a super comfortable position.
Maybe put your hand on your heart,
Close your eyes,
Really feel the presence of you in wherever you're sitting.
As I recite this,
I really want you and I invite you to have the intention of just letting it consume whatever part needs to be consumed.
Maybe that's your mind.
Maybe that's your gut,
Your sacral chakra.
Let these words flow into your body in the way that they need to.
And then we get to break it down so we can activate a higher frequency and activate a powerful reset for these dreams and desires of yours.
All right,
Perfect.
So let's do one little grounding,
Deep breath together as you bring your deepest dreams,
Your deepest desires without being fully attached to the emotion of them not being here.
Yet or whatever emotion you have just bring the desire what it is to the forefront as we breathe in.
Hold that breath,
Let your desires come to your heart space and release gently.

These are the dreams you've placed in my heart.
I bring them to you with open hands.

And as you sit there and open your eyes,
Move your body,
Kind of feel into what this brought up in you.
Let whatever emotions come up.
Don't judge them,
Just let them come up.
And it's interesting because for me,
When I first like recited this and I felt into it,
I felt this incredible release,
Almost like this resistance just,
And I visualized myself handing up like my deepest things,
Desires up to source,
Up to God,
Right?
And it's such a powerful act that we get to do because it's almost like releasing that control,
Especially,
Especially if you've had something you have wanted are so,
So,
So long and it's such a skill to be able to release,
Surrender,
Right?
And so there was this instant frequency shift where the heaviness of the desires that I had that I wanted that weren't coming through,
They just instantly were off of me.
Ooh,
I just got chills and up into something greater.
And that's my prayer for you if you can allow that to be.
And it's interesting.
I want you to think about something that maybe you've wanted for a while and then how the outcome was when you gave it up to God.
And for me,
It's really funny.
One of the heaviest things and like quote unquote heaviest things is for me,
Love.
And I remember when I was with a guy,
We'll call him Adam,
In a relationship and I,
It was my first quote unquote serious relationship and it was such an illusion,
Right?
As they all are.
And in that moment,
In that time,
I was certain,
Like I was so certain he was it,
He was the one,
Everyone confirmed that.
Then you create this fantasy and this illusion and it gets stronger and deeper.
And a horrible thing happened and he completely ripped out my heart,
Completely broke my heart.
And it's interesting because even though I had a slight,
Slight,
Slight,
I mean minuscule,
Slight little red flag,
Everything else was so good.
So you,
Your brain kind of compartmentalizes that and just knocks off the red flag and just says,
No,
This is it.
This is it.
And then you start to believe that,
Right?
So Adam breaks my heart and I am,
Devastated I mean,
I mean we're family here,
Right?
I literally didn't even want to live was super serious about that and I was crying one time in my room and I remember my dad came in and he was So great like a loving father and just said honey.
He goes I promise you one day You're gonna be thanking God that things didn't work out with Adam.
Oh,
I have chills because I'm with the love of my life my hubby now my husband who I It makes me sick to even think about any other way any other person any other life have you ever had that with a love with a career with a job with something that you you were so sure you thought you wanted and then God gave you this something even better and you're like holy cow I'm so glad I'm on my knees praying and thanking God it didn't work out my original way And I think back to this poem that we just did,
This reciting of this powerful prayer reset,
I love it because it teaches us to dream boldly,
Right?
As Jesus taught us,
Ask and it's given.
Ask boldly,
Dream boldly,
Pray expectantly.
And then surrender into the higher vision that source has for us and completely allow yourself to let it go and hand it up in full,
Full faith.
And we get to go live our life working and going about it in full faith and trust.
Now I'm happy to bring up one more little insight perspective shift reframe for you to reflect on because I,
As I grow more into myself,
I am really noticing and as nature teaches us,
How much things are meant to be in flow.
And so back to my relationship,
Even though things were great,
I remember how efforting it was.
I could feel myself almost trying so hard to make it so perfect,
Whereas this relationship that I know in my soul,
It's not even in my heart,
It's like in my higher selves,
Like my soul's spirit knows,
Like this is the one for me.
It's so effortless.
It doesn't mean there's not hard times,
Right,
In a marriage.
Oh my Lord.
It's not,
There's never any effort.
It's effortless,
Even in the struggle.
Does that make sense?
So I really do believe we're meant to be in this flow.
It doesn't mean there won't be action or work,
But think about these desires that you have.
Are you trying so hard?
Can you feel yourself efforting?
It's almost like you're trying so hard.
So if you are and you know it,
Great,
Acknowledge it,
Cool.
Go back and recite this incredible,
Powerful prayer reset and literally visualize yourself handing up,
Like scooping up and handing up literally handing your desires your goals your deepest deepest dreams up to the universe to God to source and giving it up and the thing that I think people fear is that if i say well i just let this go i'm giving it up to you god it's like we think that the universe is like oh i guess she doesn't want that anymore no no no no that's actually you showing the universe god source that you are ready to receive and so i've personally been practicing this beautiful like attach like detached attachment where you can have this powerful dream.
You know it and celebrate the first manifestation is that when you think about it,
It feels good and let that be enough.
Boom.
Then when you start to feel yourself and you're smart,
You can feel it.
You can start to feel yourself trying too hard,
Efforting,
Trying to force it.
Do this powerful prayer reset and give it back up to God and do that as much as you need to get in that frequency,
That state of completely non-resistant thought towards it.
Completely the expectation like,
You know what?
Oof,
And here it is.
Here it is.
Oh my gosh.
This is the point when you can get to the point of having the fun of wanting something so deeply,
Yet not needing it to be happy.
I swear to God,
It's like clockwork.
That's when it comes.
That's when it comes.
I swear the universe has like the best sense of humor too.
It's like,
Oh,
You want this so bad?
Like a little puppy.
Come here.
You want it?
You're not going to get it until you let it go.
So,
Let's have more fun in life in general.
Let's have more fun with our dream.
Let's have more fun letting shit go.
And enjoying what's in front of us so that,
In the perfect time,
God's time and God's wisdom can deliver our highest good of our desires,
In the highest,
Most satisfying way for you.
And it gets me so excited because maybe you don't even really low-key know what that is for you.
You have these desires,
You know you really want something,
Yes,
But I love closing out my prayers like,

For rendering it to me in even better ways than I know I'm even imagining.
Feel that,
For rendering it to me,
Giving it to me in even better ways than I know I'm imagining.
Because your girl likes to imagine and she has a pretty vivid imagination,
So I'm like,
Oh my gosh,
If I can get something even better than what I'm imagining,
How good can it get?
Right.
And you are just as worthy.
We all are.
You're not only worthy,
You deserve it.
So boldly step up,
Keep asking for your desires,
Your dreams,
Surrendering it to source and walking fully in faith.
