So today I want you to question your daily routine.
What's your daily routine like?
What do you do every day?
What do you do right when you wake up?
Just take a moment to think about it,
To reflect.
So what do you do?
You open your eyes,
Well before that,
The alarm sounds.
Or how do you wake up?
Ask yourselves,
I don't know if you have ever tried it,
But I have.
And before I go to bed I tell myself,
You must wake up at this time,
Or you have to wake me up at this time.
And if you truly believe and if you really trust yourself,
Well,
You really do wake up at that time.
There is no need for alarms,
But just in case,
You can set yours.
So after that you open your eyes,
And what do you do?
Do you check your cell phone?
Do you just get up?
What do you do?
I open my eyes and express gratitude,
And I say thank you for the simplest things.
Well,
They might be simple to you,
But there's so much to me.
They mean a lot.
Like my bed,
My pillow,
The roof over my head.
How warm and comfy my bed is in the morning.
So I just say thank you.
Thank you because I could open my eyes.
Thank you because I'm alive.
Just express gratitude.
And I always give the reason why.
So for example,
I thank my body because it allows me to work or it allows me to move around.
So I take a few seconds to express gratitude.
I still don't look at my phone.
Not yet.
After that,
I get up and I say a positive affirmation.
Something that's going to motivate me through the day.
I think about my day and I just give my future day,
Just positive thoughts,
Positive vibes.
Sometimes I even express gratitude.
So thank you because I'm going to have a great meeting today or just I'm going to have a great meeting.
It's up to you what you want to do.
But I do say a lot of positive affirmations to just set my day.
They are so powerful.
Sometimes we forget how powerful we are or how powerful our mind is.
Don't ever forget that.
Say it and believe it.
After that,
I make my bed of course.
I cannot live.
I cannot go or move on without making my bed.
I make my bed.
The most mindful way.
I'm aware of everything that I'm doing,
Everything that I'm folding.
And just expressing gratitude because it's a new day,
A new start.
And the problems from today are not the same problems that you have today.
And even if they are,
Well,
They're a little less today.
Or maybe today you're a little bit closer to the solution.
And even if you are in pain,
Well,
Today it's going to hurt less than it did yesterday.
If you're going through a breakup,
Well,
It's going to hurt less than it did yesterday.
And that's how magical your day can be.
Only if you believe it and you set those intentions.
So I make my bed.
I sit down in my meditation room and meditate.
Or I just breathe.
Of course I'm grateful for my breathing because without it,
I wouldn't be alive.
Before I take a few deep breaths in through my nose and out through my mouth.
And that's what I do.
Before I shower,
Before I make breakfast,
And before I turn on that computer.
These actions are so simple.
But trust me,
If you do them every day and you truly believe and you put all your energy to it,
Trust me,
Magical things will happen.
Everything will change.
Thank you so much for listening.
Sending you so much love and so much light.
Namaste.
