It is about forgiveness, love, compassion, and gratitude so you can come to a place of peace deep within. You may also find it also heals things you are unaware of which can been unexpected and freeing. It is a beautiful prayer to say anytime.

An experience or even ourselves,

All we do is hold it within us,

Keeping the pain and hurt alive.

Hello I'm Chantal and thank you for being here as I share this beautiful Hawaiian Ho'oponopono prayer,

A powerful soul practice for healing whatever you feel needs healing in your life.

This prayer is all about forgiveness,

Love,

Compassion and gratitude,

Bringing you to a place of peace deep within.

What I've found in my own practice is that it also heals things I'm unaware of,

Which has been unexpected and freeing.

It has healed things at a deep soul level.

So when you set your intention,

You can either have someone or something specific in your mind or you can simply trust that healing is happening without you needing to know what and on what plane.

This is what I love about this practice.

And you can say it anywhere,

Anytime when you feel the need,

Knowing you are cleansing and releasing energy blocks and restoring harmony within your soul and with others.

It is truly a divine and soulful experience.

As we begin this beautiful and gentle healing practice,

Let everything go that has brought you to this moment and being here.

Each time you exhale,

Letting go of tension you're feeling in your body,

Mind,

Heart and soul.

Get a sense of how you're feeling now,

Using all your senses to tune in.

Feel yourself expanding and contracting as you inhale and exhale.

Feeling yourself opening and filling your body with this beautiful white light that you can feel and sense all around you,

Holding you as you feel deeply relaxed and present.

Inhaling,

Gently exhaling.

Feeling yourself expanding in all directions,

Filling the space that you're in.

In this beautiful,

Gentle,

Loving state of expansion,

Now bring to mind what person,

Situation or even yourself you want to forgive and then let go.

Once you have that in mind,

Begin to tune into the words as I say,

I'm sorry,

Please forgive me,

Thank you,

I love you.

Keep repeating after me,

Trusting whatever comes up,

Knowing that you are healing at a cellular level.

Keep noticing how you're feeling.

Take as much time as you like now to just be in gratitude for this practice.

Feeling relaxed,

Lighter,

Full of love,

Forgiveness and peace.

Knowing deep within wrongs have been made right.

Then when you're ready,

As you may wish to stay in this beautiful pace of peace and harmony,

Gently guard your awareness,

Bat your physical body back into your surrounds,

Becoming aware of your breath.

Giving yourself a gentle stretch,

Moving whichever way feels comfortable for you as you now prepare yourself to get back into your day.
